Opis:Sporazumevanje in razumevanje se vedno in povsod začne s komuniciranjem. Tako je tudi pri vodenju podjetij. Vedno bolj se vodje zavedajo pomena komuniciranje, ker si želijo doseči uspeh v svojem podjetju. Zato vodje izbirajo načine in komunikacijske pristope, da podrejene navdušijo, motivirajo za timsko sodelovanje ter s tem izboljšajo učinkovitost podjetja. Vodje se zavedajo, da je možno enake stvari videti različno in jih izdelati drugače. Zato v podjetjih vodje zaposlene povezujejo z premišljeno in načrtovano vodeno komunikacijo. Uspeha željeni vodje z ustvarjalnostjo, združujejo strokovnjake različnih strok, da med seboj združujejo svoja znanja in s tem ustvarjajo konkurenčno prednost podjetja. Zato se uspešni vodje nenehno komunikacijsko izobražujejo. Vodje se zavedajo, da je dobro, da so podrejenim vzgled s svojim delom in pristopom, ki ga imajo. Zaposleni se čutijo sprejete, če je vodja pravičen. Veseli so, če vodja sprejema in ga zanimajo povratne informacije. To motivacijsko deluje na zaposlene v okolju v katerem delajo. V podjetju je pomembno vzdušje in klima, ki ga vodstvo ustvarja z medsebojnim spoštovanjem. Vodstvo določi kako bo v podjetju potekala komunikacija. Kdaj bo komunikacija potekala pisno. Kako bodo potekali kreativni sestani. Kako bodo sprejemali nove odločitve. Vodja vedno išče in usmerja nove rešitve, ker se vse nenehno spreminja. Dobro je, da vodja obvlada sebe, da ve kaj je sposoben narediti sam in česa ne. Vodja mora znati uporabiti vse vire, ki jih nudijo zaposleni. Naloga vodij je, da zaposlene inovativno motivira, navdušijo, jih razumejo, upoštevajo, ustrezno nagrajujejo, da so podrejeni produktivni ter učinkoviti. Za rast v podjetju je potrebno, da so odnosi v podjetju komunikacijsko učinkoviti v okolju vzpodbude, da potekajo odnosi v dobri komunikacijski klimi. Najpomembnejše izkušnje vodje dobijo z delom s podrejenimi in v teh odnosih nastane največ izzivov. Uspešno reševanje nastalih situacij, lahko vodi podjetje med najboljše. Vodje usmerjajo podrejene v sodelovanje z mehkim načinom vodenja. Uspešni in ustvarjalni vodje imajo pogum in zaupanje vase in poznajo delo v svojem podjetju. Trudijo se, da dajejo zgled in motivacija podrejenim. Podrejeni jim zato motivacijsko sledijo. Vodstva odločajo o delavni aktivnosti, načrtujejo cilje podjetja, določajo o času, ki ga imajo na voljo, da cilje dosežejo. Vodje načrtujejo kako bodo cilje dosegi in o tem kdo bo naloge izvajal. V situaciji konfliktov se vodje morajo znati obnašati in usmerjati podrejene. Pomembna uspešnih vodij je pravičnost, brez izjem. S tem si pridobivajo pri podrejenih spoštovanje in zaupanje. Odločitve vodje sprejemajo suvereno, odločno na podlagi napisane vizije, poslanstva podjetja ter načrtovanih ciljev. Vodje morajo imeti optimizem, ki motivira podrejene in pripomore k dobremu vzdušju v podjetju. Vodje, ki so uspešni, kažejo razumevanje za probleme podrejenih s simpatijo. Uspešni vodje imajo samozavest, da prevzamejo odgovornost za uspeh pa tudi za napake. Kadarkoli naloge niso opravljene kot so bile načrtovane, je vedno za to odgovoren vodja. Vodja je tisti, ki ni pravilno ocenil sposobnosti podrejenega. Teoretični del diplomskega projekta ima sedem poglavji. Prvo poglavje govori o vodenju z vrednotami, etiko, kulturo in stili vodenja. Osrednji del govori o komunikaciji in komuniciranju v okviru vodenja. Predzadnji del predstavi letno ocenjevanje. Na koncu bomo povzeli zaključek in potrdili hipoteze. vrednota

Naslov:The role and importance of communication in frame of leadership
Opis:Understanding always starts with communication. This is also the case with management. Managers have increasingly become aware of the importance of communication for business success. For this reason, they choose ways and approaches to communication that motivate subordinates, encourage teamwork, and improve company performance. Managers have come to realize that it is possible to see and do things differently. They can connect company employees by using thoughtful and planned communications. Leaders who wish to be successful are creative in bringing together experts from different disciplines and combining their knowledge to create a competitive advantage for the company. That is why successful leaders continuously educate themselves about methods of communication. Managers know that they should set an example to their subordinates with their efforts and approach to work. Employees feel accepted when their leaders are fair. They are happy when leaders are accepting of their views and interested in feedback. This has a motivational effect on employees in the workplace. The atmosphere and climate of a company are essential and are created by management by cultivating an environment of mutual respect. Management determines how communication within the company will look, when communication is to be done in writing, when brainstorming meetings will take place, and how decisions will be made. Leaders are always looking for new solutions because everything is constantly changing. It is good for leaders to master themselves and know what they can do on their own and what they are unable to do. Leaders should be able to make use of all the resources that employees have at their disposal. It is the job of leaders to motivate, inspire, understand, respect, and reward employees in innovative ways so that they are productive and efficient. For a company to grow, relationships within the company must be based on effective communication and take place in an encouraging environment, i.e. in a good communication climate. The most valuable experience managers acquire comes from working with subordinates, as it is in these relationships that most challenges arise. The successful handling of situations can lead a company to the top. Managers inspire subordinates to work together by using soft skills. Successful and creative leaders have courage and confidence and are familiar with how their companies function. They try to set an example and motivate subordinates, which is why subordinates follow them. Managers decide on work activities, set the company's goals, and put time limits on them. They plan how the objectives will be achieved and choose who will carry out the necessary tasks. When conflict arises, managers must know how to react and guide their subordinates. An essential characteristic of successful leaders is fairness without exceptions. This earns them the respect and trust of subordinates. Leaders take decisions freely and decisively based on the vision statement, the company mission, and the set objectives. They should be optimistic in order to motivate their subordinates and improve the company atmosphere. Successful leaders are sympathetic and understanding of the problems faced by their subordinates. Successful leaders are confident enough to take responsibility for both successes and failures. Whenever tasks are not carried out as planned, the leaders should be held responsible because they have failed to judge their subordinates' abilities properly. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of seven chapters. The first chapter is about leadership with values, ethics, culture and leadership styles; the central part discusses communication, both in itself and as a part of leadership; the penultimate part presents the annual evaluation process. Finally, we summarize our conclusions and confirm the hypotheses.
