Opis:V ekološki pridelavi zelenjave se preskušajo različne metode in postopki s ciljem zmanjšati dokupe gnojil in sredstev za varstvo rastlin tudi z uporabo različnih podsevkov ali združenih setev. Cilj preučevanja je primerjava pridelave pora in cvetače s podsevkom bele detelje in na črni foliji kot običajnim načinom. V letu 2014 je bil v okviru projekta InterVeg na ekološki kmetiji Berden v Hrastju - Moti izveden poljski poskus s cvetačo sorte 'Snežna kepa' in porom 'Striker F1' s podsevkom bele detelje v primerjavi s pridelavo na črni foliji. Med rastno dobo pora in cvetače je bil ocenjen pojav škodljivcev in bolezni ter ob koncu rastne dobe rastlin izvrednoten skupni in tržni del pridelka, ocenjene so bile morfološke značilnosti ter še enkrat ocenjen pojav škodljivcev. V naletu škodljivcev pri cvetači med pridelavo na črni foliji in pridelavo s podsevkom bele detelje ni statistično značilnih razlik. Rezultati ocene škodljivcev in bolezni pri poru kažejo, da je pojav porove zavrtalke večji na črni foliji. Prav tako je bila večja okuženost z alternarijo pri pridelavi na črni foliji. Pri skupni masi cvetače in pri premeru rože ni statistično značilnih razlik, večje razlike so pri tržni masi cvetače, kjer je bila pri pridelavi na črni foliji tržna masa statistično značilno večja (0,272 kg/rastlino) kot pri pridelavi s podsevkom bele detelje (0,207 kg/rastlino). Skupna masa pora je statistično značilno večja (0,205 kg/rastlino) pri pridelavi na črni foliji kot pri pridelavi s podsevkom bele detelje (0,113 kg/rastlino). Prav tako je povprečen premer stebla pora večji pri pridelavi s črno folijo. Razlik Med pridelovalnima sistemoma ni bilo značilnih razlik pri tržni masi pora. Ob podsevku bele detelje je bil v primeru pridelave pora ohranjen tržni pridelek in zmanjšana prisotnost škodljivcev, kar nakazuje možnost uporabe takega pridelovalnega sistema tudi v praksi.

Naslov:Organic production of leek and cauliflower with the use of white clower as living mulch
Opis:In the organic vegetable production different methods and procedures are being tested in order to reduce additional purchasing of fertilizers and plant protection assets; one of such methods is also the use of different cover crops and companion planting. The aim of the study is the comparison between leek and cauliflower produced with the use of white clover as a cover crop, and leek and cauliflower produced on black foil as a usual way of production. In 2014, a field experiment, as a part of InterVeg Project, was carried out on the organic farm Berden in Hrastje - Mota. Cauliflower variety »Snežna kepa« and leek variety »Striker F1« produced with the use of white clover as a cover crop, were compared to the production on black foil. During the growing time of the leek and cauliflower, the occurrence of pests and diseases was evaluated. At the end of the growing time of the plants, the occurrence of the pests was evaluated again. Additionally, morphological features, the common and the market part of the produce were also evaluated. There is no statistically typical difference when coming across pests on cauliflower produced on black foil, or produced on the white clover. The evaluation results of pests and diseases on leek indicate that the occurrence of the allium leafminer is bigger with the production on black foil. Likewise, the infection with alternaria was bigger with the production on black foil. With the common weight of cauliflower and with the diameter of the flower there is no statistically typical difference. Bigger difference is with the market weight of cauliflower; cauliflower produced on black foil had statistically typically bigger market weight (0,272kg/plant) than cauliflower produced with the use of white clover as a cover crop (0,207kg/plant). The common weight of leek is statistically typically bigger when produced on black foil (0,205kg/plant) than when produced with the use of white clover as a cover crop (0,113kg/plant). Additionally, average diameter of the leek's stem is bigger when produced on black foil. Between the production systems there was no typical difference with the market weight of the leek. In the case of leek produced with the use of white clover as a cover crop, the market produce was preserved and the occurrence of pests was reduced, which indicates the possibility of application of such production system also in practice.
