Opis:Poslovno okolje se nenehno spreminja in zato so potrebne nenehne izboljšave v vseh procesih delovanja. Volja in zavzetost za skupno doseganje najvišje ravni kakovosti je naša konkurenčna prednost in pot do uspeha. Zgolj ohranjati kakovost ni dovolj. Stremimo k odličnosti, zato moramo stimulirati delovno okolje, spodbujati kreativnost, iskati boljše rešitve in uvajati znanstvene metode, ki nam bodo pomagale pri uresničevanju zastavljenih ciljev. Diplomsko delo obravnava 5S metodo. S pomočjo te metode ustvarjamo in ohranjamo dobro organizirano, čisto, učinkovito in kakovostno delovno mesto. Namen diplomskega dela je uvesti 5S metodo v enoto Kakovost Prevalje, na oddelek Kontrole ovojnine. Z analizo obstoječega stanja smo ugotovili, da je z leti delovanja prostor postal na prvi pogled natrpan in neurejen. Stvari so se začele kopičiti po pisarniškem pohištvu, posledica tega pa je slabša delovna klima in zmanjšana učinkovitost. Z nenehnim večanjem proizvodnje se širijo tudi potrebe po večjih prostorih. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili nekaj pristopov in metod zagotavljanja kakovosti in izboljšanja poslovanja ter njihovo povezanost z metodo 5S, ki je osnova za vse napredne pristope. Prikazali smo primere iz nekaterih enot Kakovosti v Leku in tudi iz Novartisovih poslovnih enot po svetu, kjer so metodo 5S uspešno implementirali. V praktičnem delu smo s pomočjo fotografij prikazali in opisali obstoječe stanje ter ga analizirali. Predstavili smo možnosti in podali predloge za izboljšanje obstoječega stanja. Pri tem smo upoštevali Novartisova priporočila in smernice. Sklicevali smo se na njihove izkušnje in primere dobrih praks, ki so uspešno implementirane v laboratorijih in drugih prostorih na različnih lokacijah podjetja, kjer je bila metoda 5S že uvedena. Prepoznali smo prednosti uvedbe 5S metode na oddelku Kontrola ovojnine. Spoznali smo, da sta ob popolni podpori vodstva ključna dejavnika za uspeh tudi izobraževanje ter sodelovanje vseh zaposlenih.

Naslov:Implementation of the 5S method in the case of the pharmaceutical company
Opis:The business environment is constantly changing, consequently, continuous improvements in all processes of operation are required. Our will and commitment to achieve the highest level of quality is our competitive advantage and a path to success. It is not enough to only maintain the quality. We strive for excellence, so we need to stimulate the work environment, to promote creativity, to look for better solutions and to introduce scientific methods to help us in achieving the set goals. The diploma thesis discusses the 5S method. The method is essential in creating and maintaining a well-organised, clean, efficient and high-quality workplace. The purpose of the diploma thesis is to introduce the 5S method in the Quality Unit Prevalje, particulary within the Packaging Control Department. The analysis revealed over the years of operation the working space has become crowded and disorganised. As such, the cluttered working environment has led to a reduced efficiency and poor working climate. In addition, one can argue that due to the continuous increase of production there is also a need to expand the working area. In the theoretical part of the thesis, some of the approaches and methods of quality assurance and improvement in operations as well as their connection with the 5S method are presented. Furthermore, several examples of successful implementation of the 5S method in some Quality Units in Lek as well as form the Novartis buisiness units worldwide were also presented. In the practical part, current situation is presented, described and analysed and illustrated using the photos. Drawing upon the guidelines of the 5S method as well as the Novartis recommendations and guidelines we presented some alternatives and gave proposals for the improvement of the existing situation. Proposals are based on prior experiences, best practices, materials and accessories that are effectively and usefully used in laboratories and other business facilities at various company locations where the 5S method has already been introduced. Advantages of the introduction of the 5S method in the Packaging Control Department were recognised. We noticed that the key factors for the success are training and active involvement of all employees, alongside with the full support of the top management.
