Opis:Zelo pomembno je, da ima medicinska sestra - vodja specifična znanja o vodenju in organizaciji v zdravstveni negi. Medicinska sestra se v klinični praksi zdravstvene nege ukvarja tudi s funkcijami menedžmenta, kot so organizacija dela in vodenje zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi. Med njene pomembne funkcije spada tudi ugotavljanje potreb pacientov po zdravstveni negi, načrtovanje, izvajanje in vrednotenje kontinuiranega procesa zdravstvene nege. Poleg tega tudi organizira, sodeluje, spremlja in izvaja predpisane diagnostično-terapevtske posege, uvaja nove metode dela, izvaja zdravstveno vzgojno delo s pacienti in svojci, vodi in nadzira postopke za kakovost dela, praktično usposablja novo sprejete sodelavce in nenazadnje odgovarja za učinkovitost izvajanja del. Vse aktivnosti, ki jih opravljamo v zdravstveni negi, namreč opravljamo z namenom, da zadovoljimo pacientove potrebe. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti pojme organizacije dela, vodenja, organizacijsko komunikacijo in motivacijo v zdravstveni negi ter ugotoviti kako srednje medicinske sestre vidijo in ocenjujejo delo diplomiranih medicinskih sester na področju organiziranja dela in dodeljevanja dela članom negovalnega tima, vodenja negovalnega tima in uvajanja novosti za izboljševanje učinkovitosti in uspešnosti zdravstvene nege v izbranem kliničnem okolju. Z raziskovalno metodo anketnega vprašalnika je bila opravljena raziskava v eni izmed slovenskih bolnišnic, kjer je bilo anketiranih 21 srednjih medicinskih sester (v nadaljevanju anketiranci), ki delujejo v negovalnih timih, ki jih vodijo diplomirane medicinske sestre. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da diplomirane medicinske sestre organizirajo in razporejajo aktivnosti zdravstvene nege skladno s potrebami pacienta in procesom dela na oddelku. Prav tako diplomirane medicinske sestre odgovorno skrbijo za dobro komunikacijo v negovalnem timu. Po mnenju anketirancev diplomirane medicinske sestre v večini skrbijo za uvajanje novosti, sprememb in izboljšav procesa zdravstvene nege pacientov. Biti vodja nekega oddelka je izjemno odgovorno delo, ki zahteva popolno predanost ter vključuje vsa strokovna znanja, sposobnosti, racionalno razmišljanje in predvsem moč, da vodi in usmerja zaposlene k zastavljenim ciljem. Medicinska sestra – vodja mora torej biti oseba, ki je strokovno usposobljena, zna spodbujati zaposlene oziroma s svojo karizmo pozitivno vpliva na klimo v delovnem timu. Biti mora zgled vsem zaposlenim, tudi dijakom in študentom in se izražati in komunicirati na primeren način, tako s člani negovalnega tima, kot s pacienti. V skladu s procesom dela v zdravstveni negi mora določevati in usklajevati delovne naloge, zaželjeno pa je tudi, da je odprta za uvajanje novosti ter za predloge sodelavcev oziroma jih spodbuja k inovativnim zamislim, ki poenostavijo delo in morda dopuščajo več časa za pacienta.

Opis:It is very important that the head nurse has specific knowledge about management and organization in health care. Nurse in clinical practice also deals with functions of management, such as work organization and management of staff in nursing. Among it's significant features includes identifying patient's needs for nursing care, planning, implementation and evaluation of continuing health care process. Moreover, it organizes, participates, monitors and performs prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, introducing new work methods, carry out health education work with patients and relatives, direct and supervise procedures for quality work, practical training of newly admitted employees and ultimately is responsible for effectiveness of implementation of work. All activities, performed in health care, are indeed performed in order to satisfy patient's needs. The purpose of this thesis is to present concepts of work organization, leadership, organizational communication and motivation in health care and to determine how medium nurses see and assess work of registered nurses in organization of work and allocation of work to members of nursing team, management of nursing team and introduction of innovations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of health care in selected clinical setting.The research method of questionnaire survey was conducted in one of Slovenian hospitals, where they were interviewed 21 medium nurses (hereinafter referred to as respondents) operating in nursing teams run by registered nurses. The results showed that nurses organize and deploy nursing activities in accordance with needs of patient and work processes of department. Also, registered nurses responsible take care for good communication in nursing team. According to respondents nurses in most responsible take care for introduction of innovations, changes and improvements in process of patient care. Being the head of department is an extremely responsible job that requires total commitment and includes all skills, abilities, rational thinking, and in particular power to lead and direct staff towards achieving this objective. Nurse - head must therefore be a person who is technically competent and able to encourage employees and with his charisma has positive effect on climate in working team. It must be an example to all employees, including pupils and students, and to express and communicate in appropriate way, both, with members of nursing team, as with patients. In accordance with process of nursing work must determine and coordinate tasks, it is also desirable that it is open for introduction of innovations and proposals for co-workers or encourage innovative ideas that simplify work and may allow more time for patient.
