Opis:V uspešnih podjetjih, ki želijo ostati uspešna in stremijo k nenehnim izboljšavam in posledično k povečevanju svoje uspešnosti, ima razvoj kadrov izredno velik pomen. To so podjetja, ki si prizadevajo zadovoljstvo svojih strank oziroma uporabnikov ohranjati na čim višji ravni. V uspešnih podjetjih se zavedajo, da so zaposleni tisti, od katerih je v največji meri odvisen končni uspeh celotnega podjetja. Oblikujejo različne oblike nagrajevanja, vodenja in spremljanja zadovoljstva zaposlenih, saj le tako lahko razvijajo in usmerjajo kadrovsko politiko v pravo smer. V velikem javnem podjetju, ki je obravnavano v nalogi, je združenih več različnih poslovnih funkcij in dejavnosti, zato je oblikovanje kadrovskih strategij in ustreznega razvoja kadrov zahtevno. Poleg tega se podjetje ukvarja s specifičnimi dejavnostmi, pri katerih se delovne izkušnje lahko pridobivajo le na delovnih mestih v podjetju, saj v Sloveniji podjetij z enako tehnologijo pravzaprav ni. V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge sem proučila spoznanja v domači in tuji strokovni literaturi s področja kadrovske funkcije in razvoja kadrov. Obravnavano javno podjetje ima že oblikovane nekatere elemente razvoja kadrov, ki v praksi zelo dobro delujejo in so jih zaposleni lepo sprejeli. Cilj raziskave je bil od zaposlenih pridobiti stališča, mnenja in ocene posameznih segmentov razvoja kadrov, kar je bila glavna osnova za oblikovanje modela razvoja kadrov v velikem javnem podjetju. V modelu razvoja kadrov, ki je predstavljen v nalogi, sem se osredotočila na oblikovanje tistih elementov razvoja kadrov, s katerimi zaposleni niso zadovoljni in za katere ocenjujemo, da jih je treba na novo oblikovati ali ustrezno nadgraditi. Tako želim s sistemom razvoja kadrov in karier zadostiti vsem skupinam zaposlenih — s skupnim končnim ciljem, ki ga zasledujejo vsi zaposleni v podjetju: čim večja uspešnost podjetja in hkrati čim večje zadovoljstvo zaposlenih.

Naslov:Designing a human resources development model in a large public enterprise
Opis:In successful companies, there is constant desire to remain on top and to improve the quality of work, which thereby leads to greater success and profitability. The development of human resources proves to be of exceptional importance in these companies, especially when the goal is to maintain customer satisfaction at its highest possible level. Possessing awareness about the key role of employees in creating successful business environment, these companies resort to various ways of rewarding dedicated, hardworking employees, managing staff and keeping track of employee satisfaction. This is, after all, the only way in which human resource policy can be developed and continue in the right direction. The subject of this M.A. thesis is to analyse a public company in which several different business functions and activities are combined to ensure customer satisfaction. This structure renders the creation and the appropriate development of human resource strategies even more complex. In addition to the aforementioned complexity, the company focuses on specific activities for which all relevant experience can be gained only through holding a certain position within the company. This is due to the fact that there are currently no companies in Slovenia which would focus on the same technology as the one in question. The theoretical part of this thesis contains theoretical insight with regard to national and foreign specialised literature, discussing HRM functions and staff development. The public company, used as the case study for the purposes of this M.A. thesis, is already implementing certain elements of HR development. They have proven to be highly effective and were warmly welcomed by the staff. Our research goal was to obtain views, opinions and evaluations from employees regarding the individual segments of staff development, as these serve as a basis for an HR development model in a large public company. The HR development model, presented in this thesis, is the result of a decision to focus on further improvement of those elements of staff development, which did not get a positive evaluation from employees and which, again, according to the staff, would require a new approach and a certain amount of upgrading. It is our wish to use this system of staff and career development for the purpose of fulfilling the needs of all groups of company employees in order to reach a common goal, shared by all members of staff: a higher company success rate and an ever increasing staff satisfaction.
