Title:ANALIZA KONKURENCE NA TRGU KINEMATOGRAFOV V SLOVENIJI

Abstract:Trg kinematografov v Sloveniji doživlja zadnjih nekaj let pomembne spremembe. Gradnja multipleksov je pomenila velik prelom v navadah obiskovanja kinematografov, drugačen način preživljanja prostega časa in višjo vrednost storitve za obiskovalce. Razvoj tehnologije je povzročil nastanek posredne konkurence, ki nudi danes možnost ogleda filmov preko interneta, avdiovizualnih medijev in televizije. Na tako konkurenčnem trgu imajo možnost preživeti samo tisti, ki dovolj dobro poznajo trg in svoje konkurente. Z namenom analize konkurence na trgu kinematografov v Sloveniji, sem v teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge povzela teoretična spoznanja domačih in tujih avtorjev, v empiričnem delu pa opravila analizo sekundarnih virov in izvedla anketiranje na temo zadovoljstva s ponudbo v multikinu Planet Tuš in v Kolosej v Mariboru, da bi ugotovila, kaj so ključne prednosti in slabosti dveh največjih ponudnikov kinematografske dejavnosti v Sloveniji. Po mnenju vprašanih vpliva na obisk kinematografov izbor filmov, kvaliteta zvoka in slike v dvorani ter kvaliteta sedežev v dvorani. Oba kinematografa sta pri ocenjevanju teh dejavnikov prejela visoke ocene. Rezultati ankete so pokazali, da anketiranci v povprečju več obiskujejo in so tudi bolj zadovoljni s ponudbo multikina Planet Tuš, saj ponuja poleg osnovnih pričakovanj obiskovalcev ob obisku kina tudi večjo izbiro dodatne ponudbe zabave, udobnejše sedeže v dvoranah in prijetno vzdušje. Kolosej je prejel nižje ocene zaradi majhnega števila obiskovalcev in dogajanja v samem centru ter zaradi problematike parkiranja. Vpliv konkurence ima blagodejen učinek na ponudbo, cene in tudi na potrošnike. Ponudniki se morajo trudili zadovoljiti potrebe in želje kupcev oz. uporabnikov in jim skušati ponuditi več kot konkurenčna podjetja. To pa je možno doseči le s stalno in natančno analizo konkurence.

Title:ANALYSIS OF COMPETITION IN THE MARKET OF CINEMAS IN SLOVENIA
Abstract:Market of cinemas in Slovenia has experienced significant changes the last few years. Building cinema multiplexes meant turning point in behavior of visiting cinemas, different manner of spending spare time and higher value of service for visitors. Development of technology caused indirect competition, which has offered possibility of viewing films by Internet, audiovisual media and television today. In such competitive market only those that know the market and their rivals well enough can survive. With intention of analysis of competition on market of cinemas in Slovenia, I summarized theoretical findings of local and foreign authors in theoretical part of diploma and finished with analysis of secondary sources in the empiric part and made research of the level of visitor's satisfaction of offer in cinema multiplex Planet Tuš and Kolosej in Maribor to notice key advantages and disadvantages of two largest bidders of cinema in Slovenia. According to asked visiting of cinema depends on film offer, quality of sound and picture on screen and quality of seats in cinema halls. Both cinemas got high estimations of these factors. Results of survey showed that interviewees in average visit more and are also more satisfied with offer in cinema Planet Tuš because it offers beside basic anticipations of visitor more choice of additional offer of party, more comfortable seats in cinema halls and pleasant atmosphere. Kolosej got lower estimations because of minor number of visitors and activities in the centre and because of parking problem. Impact of competition has effect on offer, prices and also on consumers. Bidders must strive to satisfy needs and wishes of buyers or users and try to offer them more than competition. This can be achieved only with continual and exact analysis of competition.
