Upload document

If you want to upload your bachelor, master, or doctoral thesis, log into DKUM. Login is done via Arnes AAI authentication system using your University of Maribor digital identity. After login click the "Student thesis upload" and follow the instruction on the page.

To upload your thesis into DKUM you need prepare you thesis in PDF format. Instructions on preparing a file in PDF are available below. Additional instructions are available on the DKUM upload pages and in the build in documentation that you can access by clicking on the  icon. If you run into problems using DKUM please first read the frequently asked questions. If you cannot find your answer, you can mail as your question to dkum@um.si. Please include your student ID in the message.

Warning: after you finish your study program (after the thesis defense) you have 14 days to upload your final version of your thesis into DKUM. After this period uploading will no longer be possible. In this case follow the instructions of your student office.
