Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali problematiko odlaganja in ponovne uporabe gradbenih odpadkov. Raziskali smo stanje na področju odlaganja in reciklaže gradbenih odpadkov v Republiki Sloveniji, za primerjavo pa smo se dotaknili omenjene problematike tudi v nekaterih evropskih državah. Proučili smo zakonodajo, ki ureja obravnavano problematiko tako pri nas kot tudi v državah Evropske Unije. Posebno pozornost smo namenili reciklaži lomljenega betona, lomljenega asfalta in odpadnega materiala z gradbišč. Za probleme, ki smo jih odkrili med raziskavo, smo oblikovali predloge, ki bi kratkoročno ali dolgoročno izboljšali ravnanje z gradbenimi odpadki v Republiki Sloveniji.

PROBLEMS OF CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION WASTE MANAGING IN REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA
Abstract:
In this diploma work we treated the problems of depositing and reuse of construction waste. Field of research was condition on area of depositing and recycling construction and demolition waste in Republic of Slovenia and for comparison we touched the same problems in some European countries. We studied legislation that treats discussing theme in our country and also in the European Union. We focused on recycling of broken concrete, broken asphalt and waste materials from building- sites. For the problems that we discovered in the research, we also formed the proposals, which would short or long- term improve recycling and reuse of construction and demolition waste in Republic of Slovenia.
