Abstract:V diplomskem delu sem se predvsem ukvarjala z nadarjenostjo. Z nadarjenimi učenci se učitelji srečujejo vsakodnevno in njihova naloga je, da jih prepoznavajo in omogočajo razvoj njihovih nadpovprečnih sposobnosti, ki so največje naravno bogastvo sveta. Le ustrezno izobražen in informiran učitelj bo razvil »prava« stališča do nadarjenih učencev in njihove edukacije. Title:Teachers and the issue of giftedness
Abstract:My thesis deals primarily with giftedness. Teachers encounter gifted children on a daily basis and their task is to recognise them and allow for the development of their above-average abilities, which are some of the worldۥ s greatest assets. Only such a qualified teacher is able to develop the »right« attitudes to gifted children and their education, and can view them as both a challenge and an opportunity to be creative instead of an additional load. School must become a place where childrenۥ
