Abstract:
Nadzor dostopa igra pomembno vlogo pri vidiku varnosti delovnega mesta oziroma podjetja ter v vsakodnevnem življenju. V teoretičnem delu tega diplomskega dela smo preštudirali koncepte za nadzor dostopa. V praktičnem delu smo načrtali in implementirali zanesljiv ter enostavno razširljiv sistem za nadzor dostopa. Svojo rešitev temeljimo na strojni opremi podjetja ZKTeco. Uporabili smo sodobno tehnologijo, kot sta razvojni okolji .NET in Angular, podatkovno bazo MySQL ter programska jezika C# in TypeScript. Z njimi smo razvili strežnik oziroma API, dostop do podatkovne baze, servis Windows in spletni uporabniški vmesnik. Uporabniški vmesnik smo zasnovali in prilagodili na osnovi povratnih informacij uporabnikov. Naloga združuje več področij računalništva, kot so integracija strojne opreme, spletne in omrežne tehnologije ter načrtovanje in upravljanje podatkovnih baz. Implementirano rešitev smo izčrpno ročno testirali s pomočjo vnaprej pripravljenih testnih primerov.

Title:
Workplace access control system
Abstract:
Access control plays an important role in the safety aspect of any workplace or company and in everyday life. We studied the concepts of access control in the theoretical part of this thesis, then we designed and implemented a reliable and easily scalable access control system in the practical part. Our solution is based on hardware from ZKTeco company. We utilized modern technologies such as .NET framework, Angular, MySQL database and programming languages C# and TypeScript. Using these, we developed a server or API, database access, Windows service and a web user interface. We designed and adjusted the user interface based on user feedback. The project incorporates several fields of computer science, such as hardware integration, web and network technologies, as well as database design and management. The implemented solution was tested manually and thoroughly using pre-defined test cases.
