Title:Zadovoljstvo z oskrbo v domovih za starejše

Abstract:Namen zaključnega dela je bil ugotoviti stopnjo zadovoljstva starejših v domovih za starejše z domsko oskrbo v avstrijski štajerski regiji. Metode: Uporabljena je bila deskriptivna metoda dela. Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji raziskovanja na podlagi anketnega vprašalnika med 207 starejšimi v dveh domovih starejših v avstrijski štajerski regiji. Pridobljeni podatki so bili analizirani s pomočjo opisne statistike, t-testom, ANOVA testom ter Pearsonovim koeficientom korelacije. Rezultati:. Ugotovljena je bila visoka stopnja zadovoljstva med bivanjem v domski oskrbi, saj so anketiranci visoko ocenjevali vse dejavnike zadovoljstva, ki so od najvišje ocenjenega v padajočem vrstnem redu »čistoča in higiena« (SD = 4,6), z enako stopnjo ocenjeni (SD = 4, 4) »hrana in pijača«, »bivanje in življenje«, »aktivnosti in prireditve« ter »zaposleni«, z enako stopnjo (SD = 4,3) jim sledijo »sprejem in vtis«, »spremljanje, oskrba, nega« ter »splošno zadovoljstvo«. Nekoliko nižjo povprečno oceno (SD = 4,1) je prejel dejavnik »komunikacija in informacije«, najnižjo povprečno oceno (SD = 4,0) pa sta prejela dejavnika »atmosfera in dobro počutje« ter »bivanje in življenje«. Statistično značilne razlike v zadovoljstvu starejših med raziskovalnima ustanovama niso bile ugotovljene (p = 0,133). Prav tako niso bile ugotovljene statistične razlike v zadovoljstvu z življenjem glede na glede na spol (p = 0,554) in starost (p = 0,108). Razprava in sklep: Zavedanje pomena zadovoljevanja potreb starejših znotraj domov starejših naj bo tudi v prihodnje pomembna odskočna deska za njihovo uresničevanje, s ciljem zadovoljstva starejših, ki iz različnih razlogov ne morejo bivati doma.

Title:Satisfaction with care in nursing homes
Abstract:The purpose of the final thesis was to determine the level of satisfaction of the elderly in nursing homes with home care in the Austrian Styrian region. Methods: A descriptive method of work was used. The research was based on a quantitative research methodology based on a questionnaire among 207 elderly people in two nursing homes in the Austrian Styrian region. The obtained data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA test and with Pearsons correlation coefficient. Results: A high level of satisfaction was found during the stay in home care, as the respondents rated highly all satisfaction factors, which from the highest rated in descending order "cleanliness and hygiene" (SD = 4,6), with the same degree rated (SD = 4,4) "food and beverages", "living and life", "activities and events" and "employees", with the same level (SD = 4,3) followed by "reception and impression", "monitoring, treatment, care" and "general satisfaction". The slightly lower average score (SD = 4,1) was given to the factor "communication and information", while the lowest average score (SD = 4,0) was given to the factors "atmosphere and well-being" and "living and life". Statistically significant differences in senior satisfaction between the two research institutions were not found (p = 0,133). There were also no statistical differences in life satisfaction by gender (p = 0,554) and age (p = 0,108). Discussion and conclusion: Awareness of the importance of meeting the needs of the elderly within nursing homes should henceforth continue to be an important springboard for their realization, with the aim of satisfying the elderly who, for various reasons, cannot live at home.
