Abstract:V magistrskem delu so obravnavani mednarodni oboroženi spopadi, načini vojskovanja in sredstva vojskovanja, torej orožja in orožni sistemi, ki se v oboroženih spopadih uporabljajo.
Keywords:vojno stanje, haaške konvencije, ženevske konvencije, vojskovanje na kopnem, jedrsko orožje, biološko orožje, avtonomno orožje, humanitarno pravo

Abstract:The following thesis deals with international armed conflicts, the methods of warfare and the means of warfare, specifically weapons and weapon systems that are used in armed conflict. The paper thus contains a general description of international (and non-international) armed conflicts, a presentation of some typical methods of warfare and a presentation of both conventional weapons as well as weapons of mass destruction. Weapons that have only appeared in the recent past and are still being intensively developed are also discussed. Furthermore, an overview of some of the most important legal sources pertaining to the topic at hand, such as Hague and Geneva law, is given. Finally, there is a brief description of (modern) international humanitarian law, including its application and a description of the activities of an organization that is the symbol of this legal field – the International Committee of the Red Cross.
