Abstract:
Glavni cilj diplomske naloge je bil zasnovati in izdelati sistem, ki omogoča sinhroniziran pomik dveh pnevmatskih cilindrov, med katera je vstavljen krhek predmet. Sistem temelji na uporabi servo-pnevmatskega ventila Enfield TR, ki skupaj z dvema potnima ventiloma nadzira gibanje pnevmatskih aktuatorjev. Z uporabo programirljivega logičnega krmilnika Siemens S7 je bilo omogočeno natančno in sinhrono premikanje cilindrov. Sistem deluje avtomatsko in ga je mogoče upravljati preko tipk na nadzorni plošči. Po preizkusu delovanja sistema smo na podlagi zbranih podatkov in analiziranih grafov ugotovili visoko natančnost ventila Enfield TR pri zagotavljanju sinhronega premika, kar potrjuje učinkovitost zasnovanega sistema.

Title:
Control of synchronous movement of cylinders with a servo-pneumatic valve
Abstract:
The main goal of was to design and develop a system that enables the synchronized movement of two pneumatic cylinders, with a fragile object positioned between them. The system is based on the Enfield TR servo-pneumatic valve, which, together with two directional control valves, controls the movement of the pneumatic actuators. Using a Siemens S7 programmable logic controller, precise and synchronized cylinder movement is achieved. The system operates automatically and is controlled via buttons on the control panel. Testing confirmed the high accuracy of the Enfield TR valve in ensuring synchronized movement, demonstrating the effectiveness of the system.
