Abstract:V nalogi sta opisani projektiranje in modeliranje strojnih instalacij na praktičnem primeru gradnje večstanovanjskega objekta, za katerega so prikazani ključni izračuni ogrevanja in hlajenja, vodovoda in kanalizacije ter prezračevanja in klimatizacije.

Title:Design and modeling of mechanical installations for integration into building information system
Abstract:The task describes the design and modeling of mechanical installations on a practical example of constructing a multi-apartment building, with key calculations for heating and cooling, plumbing and sewage, as well as ventilation and air conditioning presented. Specialized software tools IntegraCAD, AutoCAD, and UponorHSE were used for the calculations. During the task, the construction and coordination of the workflow of the residential building construction were monitored. The key advantages of implementing BIM (Building Information Modeling) and the involvement of the mechanical installation designer in the BIM construction model are also highlighted and demonstrated. A submodel of the mechanical installations for the residential unit was created using the DDS-CAD software tool and observed in real dimensions through the Trimble Connect spatial projection application. Based on the responses, key starting points, limitations, and challenges for the transition to digitalized construction modeling are presented.
