Abstract:
Zaradi zahtev slovenske zakonodaje po gospodarnem ravnanju z energijo, ki jo predpisuje Pravilnik o učinkoviti rabi energije (PURES), mora podjetje Adria Dom zagotoviti v hišah ustrezne pogoje energijske učinkovitosti. To je tudi ključni dejavnik za vstop na trg. V diplomskem delu bodo izdelani izračuni energetske učinkovitosti hiške z imenom modela: MH_Green. Na podlagi energetskih izračunov bo potrebno določiti ustrezne ukrepe, ki bodo zadostili zakonodaji ter pogojem izdelave v podjetju, pri čemer bo poudarek na sestavi stavbnega ovoja.

Title:
Development of a low-energy house in Adria Home d. o. o.
Abstract:
Due to the requirements of the Slovenian legislation on energy economy, which is prescribed by the rulebook PURES, the Adria Dom company must ensure adequate energy efficiency conditions in the houses. This is also the main factor for entering the market. In the thesis, calculations of the energy efficiency of the house with the model name: MH_Green will be made. On the basis of energy calculations, it will be necessary to determine appropriate measures that will be sufficient for the legislation and the conditions of production in the company, with the emphasis on the composition of the building envelope.
