Abstract:Diplomsko delo z naslovom Pričakovanja generacije Z glede zaposlitve v Pomurju obravnava značilnosti generacije Z ter njihova pričakovanja glede zaposlitve. Namen raziskave je bilo ugotoviti, kaj generacija Z pričakuje od bodočega delovnega mesta. Delo se osredotoča na značilnosti generacije Z, vključno z njihovimi delovnimi vrednotami in pričakovanji, ter pomenom razumevanja teh značilnosti za uspešno zaposlovanje in razvoj kadrov. Uporabljene metode raziskovanja vključujejo sistematični pregled literature ter empirično raziskavo, ki je temeljila na anketnem vprašalniku, posredovanem mladim iz Pomurja. Rezultati ankete so pokazali, da generacija Z v Pomurju poudarja pomembnost pravičnega plačila, ravnotežja med delom in zasebnim življenjem, možnosti kariernega razvoja, fleksibilnosti pri delovnem času in dobro delovno okolje. Na podlagi teh ugotovitev so bila oblikovana priporočila za organizacije o tem, kako prilagoditi svoje strategije zaposlovanja in upravljanja s kadri, da bodo bolj privlačna za to generacijo. Priporočila vključujejo prilagajanje delovnih pogojev, spodbujanje kariernega razvoja, ustvarjanje pozitivne delovne kulture ter zagotavljanje fleksibilnih delovnih možnosti.

Title:Expectations of Generation Z regarding employment in Pomurje
Abstract:The diploma thesis entitled “Expectations of Generation Z regarding employment in Pomurje” deals with the characteristics of Generation Z and their expectations regarding employment. The purpose of the study was to find out what Generation Z expects from their future jobs. The work focuses on the characteristics of Generation Z, including their job values and expectations, and the importance of understanding these characteristics for successful recruitment and development. The research methods used include a systematic literature review and empirical research based on a questionnaire sent to young people from Pomurje. The results of the survey showed that Generation Z in Pomurje emphasise the importance of fair pay, work-life balance, career development opportunities, flexibility in working hours and a good working environment. Based on these findings, recommendations were formulated for organisation on how to adapt their recruitment and human resources management strategies to make them more attractive to this generation. Recommendations include adapting working conditions, promoting career development, creating a positive work culture, and providing flexible working opportunities.
