Abstract:
Generacija Z že vstopa na trg dela, zato je pomembno, da jo delodajalci dodobra spoznajo, saj bodo tako lahko oblikovali konkurenčna delovna mesta in pridobili mlado, izobraženo in inovativno delovno silo. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil raziskati, kaj pripadniki generacije Z pričakujejo od prve zaposlitve. Osredotočili smo se na pričakovanja pripadnikov generacije Z glede finančnega nagrajevanja, fleksibilnosti lokacije delovnega mesta in delovnega časa, kariere, povezane s strokovno in osebnostno rastjo, medsebojnih odnosov na delovnem mestu in branda organizacije. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da si anketiranci od prve zaposlitve želijo predvsem dobrega plačila, možnost fleksibilnega prihoda in odhoda z delovnega mesta, možnost napredovanja na delovnem mestu, možnost osebnega ter profesionalnega razvoja, dobre medsebojne odnose tako med sodelavci kot tudi z vodstvom podjetja ter da se vrednote blagovne znamke ujemajo z njihovimi osebnimi vrednotami. Da bodo delodajalci v svoj kolektiv pridobili delovno silo, ki pripada generaciji Z, predlagamo, da skupaj z generacijo Z oblikujejo jasno sliko o njihovi finančni rasti ter njihove uspehe povežejo s finančnimi nagradami, zaposlenim omogočijo samostojno prilagajanje urnika, možnost napredovanja in osebnega ter profesionalnega razvoja, skupaj s pripadniki generacije Z pripravijo načrt izobraževanja in sistem napredovanja, za sklepanje dobrih medsebojnih odnosov med zaposlenimi naj organizirajo razne dejavnosti ter nazadnje, brand podjetja naj prilagodijo tako, da se bo ta povezovala s prepričanji generacije Z.

Title:
Expectations of generation z at first employment
Abstract:
Generation Z is already entering the job market and therefore it is important for employers to get to know them well in order to be able to create competitive jobs and acquire a young, educated and innovative workforce. The aim of the thesis was to investigate what members of Generation Z expect from their first employment. We focused on the expectations of members of Generation Z regarding financial rewards, flexibility of workplace location and working hours, a career related to professional and personal growth, interpersonal relationships at the workplace and the organization's brand. The results of the survey showed that the respondents above all want good pay from their first employment along with the possibility of flexible arrival and departure time from the workplace, the possibility of promotion at the workplace, the possibility of personal and professional development, experiencing good mutual relations both among colleagues and with the company's management and also that the brand's values match their personal values. In order for employers to be successful in acquiring a workforce that belongs to Generation Z, we suggest that together with Generation Z, they form a clear picture of their financial growth, and link their success with financial rewards, enable employees to independently adjust their schedules, and also provide them with the possibility of career advancement along with personal as well as professional development, prepare an education plan and a promotion system together with members of generation Z, organize various activities to establish good mutual relations between employees, and finally, adjust the company's brand so that it will relate to the beliefs of generation Z.
