Abstract:
Nadarjeni učenci pri tehniki in tehnologiji potrebujejo dejavnosti, ki jim omogočajo razvijanje tehnične ustvarjalnosti in kreativnosti. Nadarjenost obravnavamo kot lastnost, ki jo učenec ima, ustvarjalnost in kreativnost pa kot dejavnost, skozi katero se nadarjenost izkazuje. V prvem delu naloge smo s testiranjem ugotavljali raven ustvarjalnosti in kreativnosti ter nadarjenosti na tehničnem področju in povezavo med njima. V raziskavo so bili vključeni učenci, ki imajo na urniku predmet tehnika in tehnologija ter tisti, ki obiskujejo neobvezni izbirni predmet tehnika. Učence smo testirali z modeliranim testom tehnične ustvarjalnosti in kreativnosti, ki smo ga sestavili s pomočjo Torranceovega testa ustvarjalnega mišljenja in z modeliranim testom tehnične nadarjenosti. V drugem delu smo ugotavljali raven ustvarjalnosti in kreativnosti z izdelavo izdelka oziroma modela. Zaradi zahtevnosti postopka in zagotovitve veljavnosti, zanesljivosti in objektivnosti smo vključili učence 4., 6. in 7. razreda. Ugotovili smo, da obstaja povezanost med tehnično nadarjenostjo ter tehnično ustvarjalnostjo in kreativnostjo. Odvisna je od spola, zaključne ocene in starosti. Dekleta so izkazala večjo tehniško ustvarjalnost in kreativnost, fantje pa večjo tehniško nadarjenost. Višji kot sta bili zaključna ocena in starost učencev, višja je bila tudi stopnja tehnične nadarjenosti ter tehnične ustvarjalnosti in kreativnosti. Prav tako smo ugotovili, da so učenci izkazali manjšo ustvarjalnost in kreativnost pri izdelavi izdelka kot pri testiranju.

Title:
Creativity of secondary school students in the technology engineering field
Abstract:
Working with gifted students in Design and Technology classroom requires activities that develop their technical creativity. Giftedness is a quality possessed by the student, while creativity is an activity that reflects this quality. The first part of the master’s thesis is based on testing the level of creativity and talent in the technical field and the correlation between them. We have included the 4th, 6 th and 7 th grade pupils who attend Design and Technology as a mandatory subject, as well as the ones with the optional elective subject Technology. We have tested the pupils with a modeled test of technical creativity, which is based on the Torrance test of creative thinking and a modeled test of technical talent. In the second part of the thesis, we examined pupils' level of creativity reflected through their products. The research has shown a correlation between technical talent and technical creativity. It depends on gender, final grade and age. We have detected greater technical creativity among girls, while the boys have displayed more technical talent. Higher final grades and the age of the students reflected in higher levels of technical talent and creativity. Furthermore, the study has revealed that the pupils exhibited less creativity in making the product than in testing.
