Rezultati: V podatkovni bazi PubMed smo identificirali 374 člankov, v bazi CINAHL 45 člankov in v bazi ScienceDirect 89 člankov.

Title:Vaccination against covid-19 during pregnancy
Abstract:Introduction: Covid-19 is an infection that can be devastating and even life-threatening in at-risk individuals. Pregnant women are among those at risk. Since the best protection against infection is vaccination, we reviewed the research. The aim of this thesis is to investigate the recommendations and indications for vaccination against COVID-19 during pregnancy. Methods: The review was made in different databases. The databases that was searches were: PubMed, CINAHL and ScienceDirect. Results: After screening and considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria, we included 11 studies in the final review. We found that 9 studies confirmed that the vaccine is completely safe and without any reported serious side effects. Discussion and conclusion: Our research has helped to prove that the covid-19 vaccine is safe, with 10 out of 11 papers showing that there are no adverse events affecting the foetus or mother after vaccination.
