Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena simulacijska proga tekočega traku, ki bo služila za učenje osnov avtomatizacije. Prikazano je, katere komponente smo uporabili in za kaj, kako smo se lotili modeliranja delov trakov v programskem okolju SolidWorks, te modele pa smo tudi opisali. Naredili smo tudi elektro načrt za simulacijsko progo v programu EPLAN in kako smo to fizično izvedli ter sestavili elektro omarico. Prikazano je tudi, kako smo sestavili celotno simulacijsko progo tekočega traku in čemu so namenjeni določeni deli proge. Nato je prikazano še, kako smo se lotili programiranja in delovanja HMI vmesnika.

Title:
Conveyor bel simulation track
Abstract:
In the bachelor thesis, a simulation track of a conveyor belt is presented, designed for learning the basics of automation. The components used and the reasons for their selection are illustrated. Subsequently, the modeling process of conveyor belt parts in the SolidWorks software is demonstrated, accompanied by detailed descriptions of these components. The creation of an electrical plan for the simulation track in the EPLAN software is outlined, followed by the physical implementation and assembly of the electrical cabinet. The assembly of the entire simulation track of the conveyor belt is explained, providing insights into the rationale behind the inclusion of specific components. Finally, the approach to programming and operating the HMI interface is presented.
