Title:Vpliv pandemije covid-19 na proces nabave v izbranem podjetju : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo preučevali nabavo in proces nabave ter to predstavili na primeru izbranega podjetja. Izbrano podjetje je malo družinsko podjetje, ki je na trgu prisotno že vrsto let in se ukvarja z nabavo ter prodajo keramike in kamna. Nabava je ena od osnovnih poslovnih funkcij, ki organizaciji zagotavlja ustrezne nabavne dobrine ob pravem času, na pravem mestu in v pravi količini, saj je njen cilj oskrba vseh porabnikov v podjetju. Skozi leta je nabava vse bolj pridobivala na pomembnosti, saj podjetju omogoča konkurenčnost na trgu ter z doseganjem najboljše kombinacije minimizira izgube podjetja. Ker so si podjetja med seboj različna, bodisi zaradi velikosti, dejavnosti, ki jo opravljajo, bodisi sortimenta proizvodov oziroma storitev, se tudi postopki nabavnega procesa med podjetji razlikujejo. V diplomskem delu nas je zanimalo, kako je pandemija covid-19 vplivala na sam proces nabave v izbranem podjetju. Ugotovili smo, da je bil celoten postopek nabave v obdobju trajanja pandemije otežen, ukrepi pa so negativno vplivali na izbrano podjetje. Pri analizi količine nabavljene keramike v letih 2020 in 2021 smo ugotovili, da je podjetje količinsko nabavilo več od dobaviteljev iz Španije, kot od dobaviteljev iz Italije.

Title:The impact of the covid-19 pandemic on the procurement process in the selected company
Abstract:In the thesis we studied procurement and procurement process and presented it on the example of a selected company. Selected company is a small family business that has been present on the market for many years and it purchases and sales ceramics and stone. Procurement is one of the basic business functions that ensures the purchase of right goods at the right time, in the right place, and in the right quantity. Procurement goal is to supply all consumers in the company. Over the years, procurement has become more and more important, as it enables the company to compete on the market and by achieving the best combination, it minimizes the company's losses. Since companies are different from each other, either because of their size, the activity they perform or the assortment of products or services, the procedures of the procurement process differ between companies. In the thesis, we were interested in how the COVID-19 pandemic affected the procurement process in the selected company. We found out that the entire procurement process was difficult during the pandemic COVID-19 and that the restrictive measures had a negative impact on the selected company. When analysing the quantity of purchased ceramics in the period of 2020 and 2021, we found that the company purchased more from the suppliers from Spain than from suppliers from Italy.
