Abstract:V sodobni gradbeni industriji je uporaba informacijskega modeliranja gradenj (Building Information Modeling - BIM) postala ključnega pomena za učinkovito načrtovanje, izvedbo in upravljanje gradbenih projektov. V magistrskem delu bomo s pomočjo programske opreme Bexel Manager izdelali 4D in 5D BIM model gradbenega projekta Center Rotovž sklop knjižnica. Ustvarjeni bodo 4D (geometrijski in časovni podatki) in 5D (geometrijski in stroškovni podatki) BIM modeli, ki omogočajo boljše razumevanje in upravljanje projekta. Cilj raziskave je ovrednotiti prednosti uporabe BIM modela za vodenje gradbenih projektov. S pomočjo praktičnega primera gradbenega projekta bomo analizirali, kako BIM pristop izboljšuje natančnost, učinkovitost in ekonomičnost vodenja gradbenih projektov.

Title:Construction monitoring using 4D and 5D information models
Abstract:In the modern construction industry, the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) has become crucial for the effective planning, implementation and management of construction projects. BIM is a digital approach that enables the creation of a comprehensive and interactive BIM model of the facility, in which all information and data about the construction project are combined in one place. This enables a comprehensive view of the project, increases cooperation between stakeholders and optimizes processes in the construction industry. In the master's thesis, we will use the Bexel Manager software to create a 4D and 5D BIM model of the building project Center Rotovž library complex. 4D (geometric and time data) and 5D (geometric and cost data) BIM models will be created, allowing better understanding and management of the project. The aim of the research is to evaluate the advantages of using the BIM model for the management of construction projects. With the help of a practical example of a construction project, we will analyze how the BIM approach improves the accuracy, efficiency and economy of construction project management.
