Abstract:Diplomsko delo raziskuje vpliv sončnih in vetrnih elektrarn na stabilnost in kvaliteto električne energije v pametnih omrežjih. S povečanjem deleža obnovljivih virov energije, kot sta sončna in vetrna energija, se v elektroenergetskih sistemih pojavljajo novi izzivi glede zanesljivega delovanja omrežij. V diplomskem delu so analizirani ključni dejavniki, ki vplivajo na kvaliteto električne energije, vključno z nihanji proizvodnje iz obnovljivih virov ter njihovim vplivom na napetost in frekvenco omrežja. Rezultati raziskave ponujajo vpogled v pomembnost učinkovite integracije sončnih in vetrnih elektrarn v sodobna električna omrežja.

Title:Impact of solar and wind power plants on power system stability and quality of electrical energy
Abstract:The thesis examines the impact of solar and wind power plants on the stability and quality of electricity in smart grids. With the increasing share of renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind energy, in the power systems, new challenges arise in ensuring the reliable operation of the grids. The study analyzes key factors influencing the quality of electrical energy, including fluctuations in production from renewable sources and their effects on voltage and frequency of the grid. The research results offer insights into the significance of efficient integration of solar and wind power plants into modern electrical grids, which are crucial for a sustainable and reliable energy system in the future.
