Abstract:V magistrski nalogi je obravnavana izdelava parametričnega algoritma za modeliranje mostne konstrukcije s pomočjo vizualnega programiranja (VP). V Rhino-Grasshopperju je razvit parametrični algoritem, kjer je celotna geometrija mostu, popolnoma parametrično definirana, za avtomatsko generiranje 2D- risbe. Parametrični algoritem je povezan z BIM programsko opremo, v tem primeru z BricsCADom, kjer se 3D BIM-model samodejno generira. Prav tako model je nadgrajen z analitičnimi lastnosti za izvedbo računske analize v SOFiSTiKu. Raziskovali smo uporabnost in zmogljivost vizualnega programiranja pri projektiranju geometrijsko zahtevnejših mostnih konstrukcij. Pri tem smo vzpostavili povezavo in preizkusili interoperabilnost med zgoraj omenjenimi programov na praktičnem primeru.

Title:Automation in bridge design process using parametric modeling within the BIM workflow
Abstract:The master's thesis focuses on the development of a parametric algorithm for modeling a bridge structure using visual programming. In Rhino-Grasshopper, a parametric algorithm is developed in which the entire geometry of the bridge is fully parametrically defined in order to generate 2D drawings automatically. The parametric algorithm is linked to BIM software, in this case BricsCAD, where a 3D BIM model is automatically generated. Additionally, the model has been enhanced with analytical properties in order to provide a structural analysis in SOFiSTiK. We looked into the usability and performance of visual programming in the design of geometrically complex bridge structures. In doing so, we established a connection and tested interoperability between the mentioned programs in a practical case study.
