Abstract:Raziskava o vplivu bolečine na delo temelji na vprašalniku spletne ankete v kateri so sodelovali zaposleni na sodiščih sodnega okrožja Kranj. V zaključnem delu smo uporabili empirično kvalitativno metodo raziskovanja, in sicer s študijem domače in tuje strokovne literature različnih avtorjev. V okviru kvantitativne metode raziskovanja smo podatke pridobili s spletnim anketnim vprašalnikom.

Title:Research on the impact of pain on work at employees of the judicial district of Kranj
Abstract:The survey on the impact of pain on work is based on an online questionnaire survey of employees in the courts of Kranj judicial district. The aim of the survey was to find out how many employees had experienced pain in the last working week while performing daily, repetitive work, most of which is done in a seated position and how this pain affected their work itself. The study presented in this thesis covers ergonomics and the impact of the environment and equipment on employees. In the final thesis of the study, we used an empirical qualitative research method, by studying domestic and foreign literature by various authors. The quantitative research method used was an online survey questionnaire. The results of the online survey showed the proportion of employees with permanently disturbing pain that they consider to affect their ability to do their job. Based on the data, we recommend that employees take multiple, several-minute breaks each day to perform exercises to strengthen the muscles in the neck and spine.
