Abstract:
Uporabljene so različne raziskovalne metode, vključno z deskriptivno analizo in strokovnimi intervjuji s področja poslovnega načrtovanja.

Title:
The effect of the covid-19 pandemic on the business planning process
Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on the global economy and business operations. This thesis, titled "The Effect of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Business Planning Processes," focuses on analyzing how this unexpected event affected the business planning process. The purpose of this study is to investigate how organizations adapted to the new challenges posed by the pandemic and adjusted their business plans to ensure stability and sustainability. Various research methods are employed in this thesis, including descriptive analysis, and expert interviews in the field of business planning. The main findings of the research include insights into the changes that occurred in business planning processes during the pandemic and an assessment of the effectiveness of measures taken to ensure business continuity. Additionally, the thesis provides insights into the importance of flexibility and innovation in business planning during times of unpredictable crises. Based on the analysis and research findings, conclusions are drawn that emphasize the importance of adapting business plans to changing circumstances and the need to incorporate pandemic scenarios into continuity plans. The conclusion also offers recommendations for organizations on how to improve their business planning processes and enhance resilience to future unforeseen events, including pandemics like COVID-19. This thesis serves as a valuable contribution to understanding the impact of pandemics on business planning and as a guide for future actions in businesses and organizations.
