Title:Vpliv strokovnih hospitacij na profesionalni razvoj vzgojitelja in pomočnika vzgojitelja : diplomsko delo

Abstract:Diplomska naloga z naslovom Vpliv strokovnih hospitacij na profesionalni razvoj vzgojitelja in pomočnika vzgojitelja je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili pojem profesionalni razvoj vzgojitelja in pomočnika vzgojitelja, njuno pedagoško delo in strokovne hospitacije. Podrobneje smo opredelili, kaj sploh so strokovne hospitacije, kdo jih lahko izvaja in kdaj se opazovalec po navadi odloči za izvajanje teh. Pomemben je tudi pogovor po izvedbi hospitacije, zato smo podrobneje pisali tudi o tem. Ob vsem tem pa smo raziskali tudi vpliv strokovnih hospitacij na profesionalni razvoj vzgojitelja in pomočnika vzgojitelja predšolskih otrok. V empiričnem delu diplomske naloge smo izvedli anketiranje. S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika smo ugotavljali, kako pogosto se izvajajo strokovne hospitacije, katere strokovne hospitacije po mnenju anketirancev bolje prispevajo k profesionalnemu razvoju ter kako strokovni delavci doživljajo strokovne hospitacije in pogovor, ki sledi po njih. Pridobljene podatke smo obdelali s pomočjo programa SPSS in pridobljene rezultate interpretirali. Ugotovili smo, da velik delež anketirancev meni, da kolegialne strokovne hospitacije precej prispevajo k ustreznejšemu profesionalnemu razvoju, a so poudarili, da tako ravnateljeve kakor kolegialne strokovne hospitacije v vrtcih potekajo redko.

Title:The impact of teaching observation on the professional development of a preschool teacher and a preschool teacher assistant
Abstract:The thesis on the impact of teaching observation on the professional development of a preschool teacher and a preschool teacher assistant consists of theoretical and empirical work. The theoretical part defines the concept of professional development of a preschool teacher and a preschool teacher assistant. In addition, it presents their pedagogical work and various aspects of teaching observation, such as who can perform the observations and when the observer decides to conduct them. Finally, the importance of the interview after the observation is presented and the impact of teaching observation on the professional development of preschool teachers and preschool teacher assistants is discussed. The empirical part based on a survey questionnaire discusses the frequency of teaching observations and defines the type of observation that can essentially contribute to the professional development. Furthermore, it examines how observers experience their observations and post-observation interviews. The obtained data were processed and the results interpreted with Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. According to the survey, a large proportion of the respondents believe that peer observations contribute significantly to their professional development. However, it has been emphasized that both principal and peer observations of teaching are rarely conducted in preschool education.
