Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava 3D, 4D in 5D informacijsko modeliranje enodružinske hiše. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela smo predstavili teoretične osnove informacijskega modeliranja gradbenih projektov (BIM) ter opisali uporabljeno programsko opremo in predstavili nekatere njihove funkcije. Za izdelavo 3D BIM modela smo uporabljali programsko opremo Allplan 2021, medtem ko smo za izdelavo 4D in 5D BIM modelov uporabljali programske rešitve podjetja ACCA Software, natančneje programsko opremo: PriMus, PriMus IFC in PriMus Krono. V praktičnem delu magistrskega dela smo prikazali postopek izdelave 3D, 4D in 5D BIM modela. Prav tako smo v tem delu predstavili pridobljene rezultate. V zaključku smo se osredotočili na prednosti in pomanjkljivosti programske opreme, ki smo jih opazili pri izdelavi 3D, 4D in 5D BIM modela.

Title:Comprehensive information modeling of a single-family house
Abstract:The master's thesis present 3D, 4D, and 5D information modeling of a single-family house. In the theoretical part of the master's thesis, we presented the theoretical foundations of building information modeling (BIM) and described the software used and presented some of their functions. We used Allplan 2021 software to create the 3D BIM model, while software solutions from ACCA Software were used to create the 4D and 5D BIM models, specifically the software: PriMus, PriMus IFC and PriMus Krono. In the practical part of the master's thesis, we demonstrated the process of creating the 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM models and presented the obtained results. In the conclusion, we focused on the advantages and disadvantages of the software observed during the creation of the 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM models.
