Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava razvoj valjčne matrice za preoblikovanje ekstrudirane gume v vročem nevulkaniziranem stanju. Na začetku dela je predstavljena teorija obdelave gume in izdelave pnevmatik. Nato je na kratko predstavljeno postrojenje, v katerega se vključuje napravo in način delovanja le-te. V nadaljevanju sledi preračun procesa valjanja in glavnih komponent naprave. Naloga se zaključi s predstavitvijo izdelanega modela naprave in z diskusijo.

Title:Design of a roller die for reshaping extruded rubber
Abstract:The master's thesis deals with the development of a roller die for reshaping extruded rubber in a hot unvulcanized state. At the beginning of the work, the theory of rubber processing and tire manufacturing is presented. Next, the facility into which the device is integrated is briefly introduced, along with its operation method. Subsequently, the calculation of the rolling process and the dimensioning of the main components of the device is presented. The task is concluded with the presentation of the constructed device model and a discussion.
