Abstract:V diplomski nalogi so bila analizirana tri delovna mesta, na liniji pakiranja v podjetju Kolpa d. o. o. Metlika: višinski obrez, vrtanje in pakiranje. V začetku dela je najprej opisano podjetje, teoretične osnove ergonomije ter OWAS metoda, s katero je bila analizirana ustreznost delovnih mest. V nadaljevanju je bilo vsako od delovnih mest podrobneje predstavljeno in opisano. Za vsako mesto je bila izvedena analiza ter opisani rezultati. V zaključku so predstavljeni moji predlogi za izboljšave vseh treh delovnih mest.

Title:Optimization and ergonomic design of packaging line in Kolpa d.o.o. Metlika
Abstract:In the bachelor's thesis, three job positions on the packaging line at Kolpa d.o.o. Metlika were analyzed: height trimming, drilling, and packaging. At the beginning of the work, the company is first described, along with the theoretical foundations of ergonomics and the OWAS method used to assess the suitability of the job positions. Subsequently, each of the job positions is presented and described in detail. An analysis was conducted for each position, and the results were described. In the conclusion, my suggestions for improvements for all three job positions are presented.
