Abstract:Zdravstvo je pomemben segment gospodarstva, logistične procese redko povezujemo z delovanjem zdravstvenih ustanov, zavedati pa se moramo, da logistika igra ključno vlogo pri zagotavljanju zdravstvene oskrbe. Pandemija, ki je leta 2020 prizadela celoten svet je močno pomembno vplivala na delovanje zdravstvenih ustanov in je povzročila veliko neželenih dogodkov, vključno z vplivom na logistične procese v zdravstvenih ustanovah. V diplomskem delu bomo obravnavali logistične procese v zdravstvenih zavodih in vpliv pandemije na logistične procese v zdravstvenih zavodih. Pandemija COVID-19 je močno vplivala na logistiko v zdravstvu. V diplomskem delu bomo predstavili vplive in posledice pandemije na logistiko v UKC Maribor. Osredotočili se bomo na procese, ki jih je pandemija najbolj prizadela in kjer so spremembe vidne tudi po koncu pandemije.

Title:LOGISTICS IN HEALTH INSTITUTIONS AND THE IMPACT OF THE COVID-19 ON LOGISTICS AT UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER MARIBOR
Abstract:Healthcare is an important segment of the economy, logistics processes are rarely associated with the operation of healthcare institutions, but we must be aware that logistics plays a key role in the provision of healthcare. The pandemic that affected the entire world in 2020 had a significant impact on the operation of healthcare facilities and caused many adverse events, including the impact on logistics processes in healthcare facilities In our work, we will discuss the logistics processes in healthcare institutions and the impact of the pandemic on the logistics processes in healthcare institutions. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on healthcare logistics. In the diploma work, we will present the impacts and consequences of the pandemic on logistics at UKC Maribor. We will focus on the processes that were most affected by the pandemic and where changes are visible even after the end of the pandemic.
