Title:Razvoj digitalnega dvojčka za planiranje proizvodnje v podjetju Marovt d.o.o. : magistrsko delo

Abstract:V magistrskem delu je predstavljen razvoj digitalnega dvojčka za planiranje proizvodnje v podjetju Marovt d.o.o. Podjetje Marovt velja za najnaprednejšo proizvodnjo kovanja v Sloveniji in eno izmed najnaprednejših v Evropi. Zaradi ohranitve svojega poslovnega uspeha podjetje neprestano išče načine, kako izboljšati svoj proizvodni proces in posledično položaj na trgu. To je predstavljalo glavno vodilo za zagon projekta digitalni dvojček. Cilj projekta je bila izdelava in vzpostavitev digitalnega dvojčka s pomočjo lastnega znanja podjetja, kar bi v prihodnosti omogočilo nadgradnjo sistema in razširitev modela na celotno podjetje. Digitalni dvojček je bil razvit s pomočjo programske opreme Simio. Dostop do vseh potrebnih informacij je bil omogočen preko programa ccLEAP, ki ga podjetje uporablja za svoje poslovanje in vodenje. Z integracijo sistema ccLEAP v program Simio je bilo omogočeno tudi simuliranje s časovno realnimi podatki. V okviru projekta smo tako uspešno razvili in implementirali rešitev, ki zagotavlja izvedljiv in enostaven terminski plan. Trenutno stanje omogoča, da samodejno ustvarimo terminski plan delovnih nalogov in ga pošljemo končnim uporabnikom. S tem projektom smo tako naredili pomemben korak na poti digitalizacije podjetja.

Title:Development of a digital twin for production planning in the Marovt d.o.o. Company
Abstract:The master's thesis presents the development of a digital twin for production planning in the Marovt d.o.o. company. The company is considered to be the most advanced forging production in Slovenia and one of the most advanced in Europe. In order to maintain its business success, the company is constantly looking for ways to improve its production process and, consequently, its position in the market. This was the main reason for launching the digital twin project. The aim of the project was to develop and implement a digital twin using the company's own knowledge, which would allow the system to be upgraded in the future and the model to be extended to the whole company. The digital twin was developed using Simio software. All the necessary information was accessed via ccLEAP, which the company uses for its operations and management. The integration of ccLEAP into Simio also enabled simulation with real-time data. Within the project, we have successfully developed and implemented a solution that provides a feasible and simple plan. The current situation allows the plan to be automatically generated and sent to the end users. With this project, we have taken an important step in the digitalisation of the company.
