Abstract:Zobniška gonila so zelo pomemben del strojev, ki služi za redukcijo ali multiplikacijo vrtljajev. Uporabljajo se za robustne kot tudi za preciznejše pogonske sisteme. V magistrskem delu smo se osredotočili na zasnovo in konstruiranje zobniškega gonila za električni avtomobil. Zasnova je potekala z analitičnim preračunom in računalniškim programom Kisssoft. Pridobljene rezultate iz obeh preračunov smo na koncu primerjali med seboj. Konstruiranje je potekalo v modelirniku Catia. Glavni namen je bil doseči optimalno zobniško gonilo. V magistrskem delu smo obravnavali teorijo zobniških gonil in računalniških simulacij ter potek konstruiranja zobniškega gonila, podkrepljenega z analitičnim in računalniškim preračunom.

Title:Design and construction of gear transmission for electric car
Abstract:Gear drives are a very important part of machines that serve to reduce or multiply rotational speed. They are used for robust as well as more precise drive systems. In this master thesis, we focused on the design and construction of a gear drive for an electric car. The design was carried out using analytical calculations and the Kisssoft computer programme. The results obtained from both calculations were finally compared with each other. The construction was carried out in Catia. The main objective was to achieve the optimum gear drive. In the master thesis, the theory of gear drives and computer simulations was discussed, as well as the design of a gear drive, supported by analytical and computational calculations.
