Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi je zajet izračun tehnoloških strojnih instalacij, potrebnih za delovanje tiskarskega stroja. Izveden je izračun hladilne vode, plinske instalacije, izkoriščanje odpadne toplote, odvod dimnih plinov, mehke tehnološke vode, komprimiranega zraka in odsesavanja papirnih in prašnih delcev. Preverjeno je tudi obstoječe prezračevanje hale, predvsem zaradi zračne bilance. Na podlagi izračunov narisane so ustrezno dimenzionirane vse potrebne strojne instalacije. Rezultat pravilne analize zahtev tiskarskega stroja je predstavljen skozi obratovanje brez velikih izgub, minimalni stroški in visoka stopnja učinkovitosti.

Title:
Calculation of technological installations for a printing machine
Abstract:
The diploma thesis contains the calculation of technological machine installations, necessary for the operation of the printing press. The calculation of cooling water, gas installations, utilization of heat waste, flue gas exhaust, soft process water, compressed air and extraction of paper and dust particles was carried out. The existing ventilation of the hall was also checked, mainly for air balance. Based on the calculations, all the necessary machine installations were drawn and dimensioned accordingly. The result of a proper analysis of the requirements of the printing machine is presented through operation without major losses, with minimal costs and a high level of efficiency.
