Abstract:
Problem več majhnih podjetij na Slovenskem trgu je zapostavljanje organizacije proizvodnje in strmenje samo k čim večjemu tehnološkemu napredku, kar pa velikokrat ne privede do željenih rezultatov. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen povzetek teorije vseh tem, katere sem v analizi podjetja S-Tekavc d. o. o. spremljal in nanje podal tudi predloge za izboljšave. Sledi kratka predstavitev analiziranega podjetja ter njihovega načina dela. V nadaljevanju sem podrobneje opisal svoje ugotovitve analize skladišč v podjetju, načinu vodenja proizvodnje, uporabi delovnih nalogov in spremnic ter vzdrževanju strojev in naprav. Za vse analizirane teme sem podal praktične predloge za izboljšave, katere bi podjetju pripomogle k boljši organiziranosti proizvodnje, večjemu izkoristku strojnega parka in posledično večjemu letnemu dobičku.

Title:
Analysis of production managing in company S-Tekavc d.o.o.
Abstract:
The problem of many small companies on the Slovenian market is neglecting the organization of production and focusing only on the greatest possible technological progress, which often does not lead to the desired results. The diploma thesis presents a summary of the theory of all topics that I analyzed in the company S-Tekavc d.o.o., monitored them and also made suggestions for improvements. The following is a brief presentation of the analyzed company and their way of working. In the following, I described in more detail my findings from the analysis of warehouses in the company, the way production is managed, the use of work orders and transport sheets, and the maintenance of machines and devices. For all the topics analyzed, I made practical suggestions for improvements that would help the company to better organize production, increase the utilization of the machine park and, as a result, increase annual profit.
