Title:Ali je zadovoljstvo zaposlenih povezano z dosežki poslovanja izbranega podjetja?

Abstract:Nedvoumno bi se lahko strinjali s trditvijo, da so zaposleni najpomembnejša sestavina podjetja. Zelo pomembno pa je tudi, kako se ti počutijo na svojem delovnem mestu. Pozitivno in produktivno delovno okolje je močno odvisno od zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Nanaša se na pozitivne občutke in veselje, ki ga imajo delavci pri svojem delu, in upošteva različne dejavnike, kot so plača, varnost zaposlitve, možnosti za poklicno napredovanje ter še mnogi drugi dejavniki, ki jih predstavimo med nalogo. Na produktivnost in splošno uspešnost poslovanja podjetja neposredno vpliva osebje, kar prav tako povečuje zavzetost in zvestobo zaposlenih. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge se osredotočamo predvsem na definiranje zadovoljstva zaposlenih, v katerem predstavimo različne teoretične definicije zadovoljstva. Da pa sploh lahko razumemo pomen zadovoljstva, smo poglavje začeli z zgodovino opredelitve, kjer predstavimo začetke opredelitve, nadaljujemo pa z mnogimi drugimi poglavji, ki se navezujejo na našo zastavljeno temo. V empiričnem delu predstavimo rezultate opravljene raziskave v podjetju X. Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v podjetju X smo merili s 5-stopenjsko Likertovo lestvico, v dveh časovnih obdobjih. Osredotočili smo se predvsem na leto 2022 in leto 2021. Rezultate smo prikazali s pomočjo tabel. Preverili smo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z različnimi elementi dela. Nato smo pridobljene rezultate primerjali z izračuni kazalnikov dosežkov poslovanja iz enakih obdobij, kot smo merili zadovoljstvo. Tako smo preverjali, ali je zadovoljstvo zaposlenih povezano z dosežki poslovanja podjetja. Ključne ugotovitve v povezavi z nalogo in raziskavo smo podali v sklepnem delu. S pomočjo naše raziskave, opravljene v podjetju X, smo ugotovili, da je zadovoljstvo zaposlenih povezano z dosežki poslovanja v izbranem podjetju, kar smo tudi grafično prikazali. Zaradi pomanjkanja podatkov, nam je iz statističnega vidika bilo onemogočeno opravit test korelacije, ki bi potrdili povezavo med zadovoljstvom zaposlenih in uspešnostjo poslovanja, zaradi tega nismo zastavljene hipoteze ne potrdili in ne zavrnili.

Title:Is employee satisfaction related to the business performance of the chosen company?
Abstract:We could unequivocally agree with the statement that employees are the most important component of a company. It is also very important how they feel at their workplace. A positive and productive work environment is highly dependent on employee satisfaction. It refers to the positive feelings and joy that workers have in their work and takes into account various factors such as salary, job security, opportunities for career advancement and many other factors that are presented during the task. The productivity and overall performance of a company's business is directly influenced by the staff, which also increases employee engagement and loyalty. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we mainly focus on defining employee satisfaction, in which we present different theoretical definitions of satisfaction. In order to be able to understand the meaning of satisfaction, we started the chapter with the history of the definition, where we present the beginnings of the definition, and continue with many other chapters that are related to our chosen topic. In the empirical part, we present the results of the research carried out in company X. The satisfaction of employees in company X was measured with a 5-point Likert scale, in two time periods. We focused mainly on the years 2022 and 2021. We presented the results with the help of tables. We checked employee satisfaction with various elements of work. Then we compared the obtained results with the calculations of indicators of business achievements from the same periods as when we measured satisfaction. Thus, we checked whether employee satisfaction is related to the achievements of the company's operations. The key findings in connection with the task and the research were given in the concluding part. With the help of our research carried out in company X, we found that employee satisfaction is related to business achievements in the selected company, which we have also graphically shown. Due to the lack of data, from a statistical point of view, we were unable to perform a correlation test that would confirm the connection between employee satisfaction and business performance, so we neither confirmed nor rejected the hypothesis.
