Abstract:Namen diplomskega dela je bil predstaviti in preveriti koordinacijo pet do šest let starih otrok. V empirični raziskavi smo uporabili neslučajnostni vzorec iz konkretne populacije pet do šest let starih otrok iz dveh enot Vrtca Šentjur. Sodelovalo 53 otrok. Pri zbiranju podatkov smo uporabili deskriptivno in kavzalno neeksperimentalno metodo. Vse podatke smo zbrali s pomočjo kvantitativne tehnike.

Title:Coordination of children aged five to six
Abstract:The purpose of the diploma thesis was to present and check the coordination of five- to six-year-old children. In the empirical research, a non-random sample from a specific population of five- to six-year-old children from two units of the Šentjur kindergarten was used. 53 children participated. A descriptive and causal non-experimental method was used for data collection. All data were collected using a quantitative technique for research. The measuring instrument was the KTK test, which was used to check coordination. With this, the goal, which was to measure children's coordination with the standardized KTK test and to compare the results of the KTK test with some anthropological measurements, was achieved. Based on the results, obtained with the help of descriptive statistics and regression analysis, it was found that very small percentages of the total variance of MQ are explained by the set independent variables (WHtR, body height and age). It was also found that all our independent variables do not have a statistically significant effect on MQ, and that there is no statistically significant linear dependence between them. It was found that out of our independent variables body height has the greatest influence on MQ, while age has the least influence.
