Keywords:pravica do splava, avtonomija ženske, varna prekinitev nosečnosti, zunanji dejavniki, pravica do pritožbe zdravnikove vesti, kršitev človekovih pravic

Title:Reproductive autonomy : magistrsko delo
Abstract:The right of a pregnant woman to terminate a pregnancy is a topic that has been at the center of public debates, scientific papers and has been the reason for civil protests all over the world in recent years. The objective of this study was to analyze the legal systems regarding abortion in three countries, namely Croatia, Poland, and Slovenia, by comparing and contrasting them. The research primarily focused on the legal definition of termination of pregnancy, which is generally described as a medical procedure that terminates pregnancy while adhering to specific conditions. However, the laws differ in terms of the circumstances under which this procedure is permissible. The crucial factor that sets these laws apart is the section dedicated to the situations in which abortion is allowed. In the center of this scientific research external factors that can influence the formation of legal norms that regulate the right to terminate a woman's pregnancy are defined, as well as the consequences of those legal norms - consequences that directly affect pregnant women or those who are planning a pregnancy.
Keywords:the right to abortion, female autonomy, secure termination of pregnancy, external factors, the right to appeal to the doctor's conscience, contravention of human rights.
