Title:Prenova procesa izmenjave pošiljk na Pošti Slovenije d.o.o.

Abstract:Zaključno magistrsko delo se osredotoča na prenovo procesa izmenjave pošiljk na Pošti Slovenije d.o.o., ki je temeljni transformacijski proces. Na začetku smo si zadali cilj, da bomo proces digitalizirali, izboljšali strukturno oceno učinkovitosti in prihranili na času izvajanja procesa. S temi izboljšavami smo želeli rešiti problem pomanjkanja kapacitet, s katerim se trenutno srečuje Pošta. Najprej smo se teoretično poučili o podjetju Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., o temi poslovnih sistemov in njihovem inženiringu. Pri tem smo dodali še področje managementa celovite kakovosti, ki je tesno povezan s področjem preoblikovanja procesov. Nadalje smo se teoretično poučili tudi o področju logistike, ki je panoga, v kateri deluje pošta. Pri tem smo upoštevali tudi zakonodajni okvir, ki predpisuje delovanje vseh, ki izvajajo univerzalno poštno storitev. V praktičnem delu smo najprej naredili posnetek trenutnega stanja, ki smo ga tudi modelirali. Na podlagi analize smo predlagali izboljšave, ki smo jih tudi vnesli v model prenovljenega procesa. Na koncu smo dobljene rezultate primerjali in ugotavljali, ali so nam izboljšave uspele. Ugotovili smo, da smo proces uspeli informatizirati in tudi izboljšati njegovo strukturno oceno učinkovitosti. Tudi pri analizi časov smo ugotovili, da smo ustvarili prihranke. Torej smo na koncu vse tri zastavljene cilje tudi dosegli in potrdili zastavljene hipoteze. Pri tem bi bilo zanimivo vedeti oceno stroška izvedbe takega projekta, kot ga predlagamo, ter oceno učinkov, ki bi jih imel na poslovanje. Tako bi lahko ugotovili, v kolikšnem času bi se taka investicija v prenovo procesa povrnila.

Title:Reengineering the process of package exchange at post of slovenia llc
Abstract:The master's thesis focuses on the renewal of the shipment exchange process at the Post of Slovenia d.o.o., which is a fundamental transformation process. At the beginning, we set ourselves the goal of digitizing the process, improving the structural assessment of efficiency and saving on the time of the process implementation. With these improvements, we wanted to solve the problem of lack of capacity that the Post of Slovenia is currently facing. First, we theoretically studied about the company Post of Slovenia d.o.o., about business systems and their engineering. In doing so, we added the field of comprehensive quality management, which is closely related to this field. Furthermore, we learned theoretically about the field of logistics, which is the field in which the post office operates. In doing so, we also took into account the legislative framework, which prescribes the operation of everyone who provides the universal postal service. In the practical part, we first took a snapshot of the current state, which we also modeled. Based on the analysis, we proposed improvements, which we merged into the model of the renewed process. At the end, we compared the obtained results and determined whether the improvements were successful. We found that we managed to computerize the process and improve its structural efficiency assessment. Even when conducting time analysis, we found that we created savings. Therefore, we achieved all three set goals and confirmed the set hypotheses. At this it would be interesting to know an estimate of the cost of implementing such a project as we are proposing, as well as an estimate of the effects it would have on the business. In this way, we could find out how long it would take for such an investment in process renovation to be repayed.
