Članke smo analizirali in jih predstavili v obliki tabele, kjer smo navedli njihove skupne značilnosti. Za sintezo podatkov smo uporabili metodo vsebinske analize. Rezultati: Analizirali in sintetizirali smo 11 člankov. Poglavitni dejavniki pri odločitvi za zavrnitev cepiva so bili nezaupanje do zdravstvenega sistema, vlade in farmacevtskih podjetij ter dvomi glede učinkovitosti in varnosti cepiva. Dejavniki za sprejetje cepiva so bili strah pred covidom-19, višja stopnja izobrazbe, moški spol, zadostne informacije o cepivu proti covidu-19, zdravniški poklic, zaupanje ukrepom, visoko tveganje za okužbo s covidom-19 in drugi. Razprava in zaključek: Glavni dejavniki vpliva na odločitev glede cepljenja zdravstvenih delavcev proti covidu-19 so bili zaupanje, informacije, izobrazba, delo, socialna domena, fiziološki in psihološki dejavniki. Z našimi ugotovitvami se lahko naslovi in razreši vzroke v oklevanju glede cepljenja, s čimer se lahko poveča precepljenost zdravstvenih delavcev in splošne populacije.

Title:Factors influencing the decision of medical staff to vaccinate against covid-19
Abstract:Introduction: The prevalence of covid-19 among healthcare workers is high. An important measure to prevent the spread is vaccination, which is insufficient among healthcare workers. In order to increase vaccination, it is necessary to know the factors that influence the vaccination decision. The purpose of this study is to investigate the reasons of medical staff for the decision regarding vaccination against covid-19. Methods: We conducted a literature review. The articles were analyzed and presented as a table, where we presented their common characteristics. We used the method of content analysis to synthesize the data. Results: We analyzed and synthesized 11 articles. The main factor in the decision to refuse the vaccine was distrust of the healthcare system, the government and pharmaceutical companies, and doubts about the effectiveness and safety of the vaccine. Factors for the acceptance of the vaccine were fear of covid-19, higher level of education, male gender, sufficient information about the vaccine against covid-19, medical doctors, confidence in the measures, high risk of infection with covid-19 and others. Discussion and conclusion: The main factors influencing the decision to vaccinate healthcare workers against covid-19 were trust, information, education, work, social domain, physiological, and psychological factors. Our findings can address and resolve the causes of vaccination hesitancy, increasing vaccination coverage among healthcare workers and the general population.
