Metode: Uporabili smo metodologijo sistematičnega pregleda, analize in sinteze literature. S pomočjo vključitvenih in izključitvenih kriterijev smo v podatkovnih bazah: PubMed, ScienceDirect, Web of Science in SAGE Journals poiskali ustrezno literaturo.

Title:Quality of life of people with parkinson´s disease during the covid-19 pandemic
Abstract:The COVID-19 pandemic has mainly affected people with neurological health problems not just because of the infection but also because of quarantine and restrictions, which have also affected the quality of life of Parkinson's patients. By reviewing the literature, we wanted to research patients' quality of life with Parkinson's disease during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: We used the methodology of systematic literature review, analysis and synthesis. With the help of inclusion and exclusion criteria, we searched for relevant literature in the following databases: PubMed, ScienceDirect, Web of Science and SAGE Journals. According to the hierarchy of evidence, we classified it into levels, which we used to assess the strength of the evidence. The course of the literature search is shown with a PRISMA diagram. Using the Joanna Briggs Institutes (JBI) tool, we critically evaluated the articles we included in the final analysis. Results: We included seven studies in the final analysis. Most research cites the inability to see a doctor and receive advice as the leading cause of quality of life deterioration during the COVID-19 pandemic. Discussion and conclusion: We found that it was necessary to do more research on this topic. By further developing telemedicine and bringing it closer to Parkinson's patients, it will significantly benefit the health and well-being of individuals, their families and communities.
