Abstract:
Osnovni namen magistrske naloge je bil raziskati ozaveščenost o umetni inteligenci in integracijo sistemov umetne inteligence v osnovne šole z vidika svetovalne službe. V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge najprej opredelimo razvoj umetne inteligence in tehnologije umetne inteligence. Omenimo tipe umetne inteligence pri človeku ter kje vse je umetna inteligenca prisotna v vsakdanu posameznika. Osredotočimo se tudi na umetno inteligenco v izobraževanju, pomen računalnika, vlogo učitelja pri elektronskem izobraževanju in uporabo informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologij. Pri tem izpostavimo tudi uporabo metod umetnointeligenčnih sistemov in opozorimo na previdnost pri uporabi umetne inteligence. V empiričnem delu magistrske naloge opravimo kvalitativno interpretativno študijo. Podatke za raziskavo smo zbrali z intervjuji, ki so bili izvedeni v naključno izbranih osnovnih šolah po Sloveniji. Pridobili smo odgovore 16 svetovalnih delavk, ki so redno zaposlene v šolski svetovalni službi. Na podlagi pridobljenih podatkov zaključujemo, da so intervjuvane svetovalne delavke dobro ozaveščene o sistemih umetne inteligence. Zavedajo se pomena uporabe tehnologije ter njenih pozitivnih in negativnih vplivov na otroke. Opozarjajo na pomembnost lastne aktivnosti in vseživljenjskega izobraževanja na področju umetne inteligence.

Title:
Application of artificial intelligence systems in primary school
Abstract:
The main purpose of the master thesis was to research the awareness of artificial intelligence and the integration of artificial intelligence systems in primary schools from the point of view of the counseling service. In the theoretical part of the master thesis, we first define the development of artificial intelligence and artificial intelligence technology. We mention the types of artificial intelligence in humans and where it is present in individuals’ everyday lives. We also focus on artificial intelligence in education, the importance of the computer, the role of the teacher in e-learning, and the use of information and communication technologies. We also highlight the use of artificial intelligence methods and warn of the need for caution when using it. In the empirical part of the master thesis, a qualitative interpretive study is conducted. The data for the study were collected through interviews conducted in randomly selected primary schools across Slovenia. We obtained responses from 16 guidance counselors who are full-time employees of the school counseling service. Based on the data obtained, we conclude that the interviewed guidance counselors are well informed about artificial intelligence systems. They are aware of the importance of the use of technology and its positive and negative impact on children. They point out the importance of their own activity and lifelong learning in the field of artificial intelligence.
