Abstract:
Učinkovito usklajevanje managementa v organizaciji z managementom kakovosti je ključnega pomena za doseganje uspeha. Sistematično upravljanje organizacije omogoča postopno in trajno izboljševanje procesov, kar vodi do višje kakovosti izdelkov ali storitev. Pomembno je, da organizacija jasno opredeli svoje cilje, pozna svoje stranke in njihove želje, vzpostavi ustrezne postopke, izvede natančno spremljanje in ocenjevanje ter stalno prilagajanje, da doseže najboljše rezultate. Trajnostni razvoj podjetja in dolgoročno konkurenčnost lahko podjetja zagotovijo s kombinacijo managementa v celotni organizaciji in managementa kakovosti, ki jim omogoča zadovoljstvo strank, učinkovitost in s tem doseganje uspešnosti pri poslovanju

Management in the organization and quality management
Abstract:
Efficient coordination of organizational management with quality management is crucial for achieving success. Systematic organization management enables gradual and sustainable improvement of processes, leading to higher quality products or services. It is important for the organization to clearly define its goals, understand its customers and their desires, establish appropriate procedures, conduct precise monitoring and evaluation, and continuously adapt to achieve the best results. Sustainable company development and long-term competitiveness can be ensured by combining organization-wide management and quality management, which enable customer satisfaction, efficiency, and thus success in business operation.
