Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo se lotili izdelave krmilja in nadzornega sistema pnevmatske stiskalnice. S tem namenom smo izdelali krmilni program za Siemensova programabilna logična krmilnika z oznako S7-200 in S7-1200. Krmilnik S7-200 smo povezali s HMI-zaslonom, za katerega smo izdelali vizualizacijo, in nato preko zaslona krmilili pnevmatsko stiskalnico. Pri uporabi drugega krmilnika smo uporabili programsko okolje WinCC RT, kjer smo uporabljali računalniški zaslon za potrebe simulacije. Na koncu smo izdelali še vizualizacijo pnevmatske stiskalnice.

Title:
Pneumatic press control and monitoring system
Abstract:
In this thesis, we have worked on the design of the control and monitoring system of a pneumatic press. To this end, we have developed a control program for Siemens programmable logic controllers, designated S7-200 and S7-1200. We connected the S7-200 controller to an HMI display for which we created a visualisation and then controlled the pneumatic press via the display. For the second controller, we used the WinCC RT software environment, where we used a computer screen for simulation purposes. Finally, we created a visualisation of the pneumatic press.
