Title:Uvedba elektronskega beleženja delovnega časa in nadurnega dela v podjetju Premogovnik Velenje d.o.o.

Abstract:Diplomsko delo temelji predvsem na projektu, s katerim smo v Premogovniku Velenje d. o. o. izboljšali in poenostavili proces evidentiranja delovnega časa in nadurnega dela. Ker je podjetje razširjeno na mednarodnem trgu, je za dodatno razumevanje opredeljen pravni dokument, ki se imenuje Evropska digitalna agenda 2020. Na podlagi predlogov, ki so predstavljeni v Evropski digitalni agendi 2020, je podjetje sprejelo strateško odločitev in načrt za uvedbo novega elektronskega evidentiranja delovnega časa in nadurnega dela. Za okrepitev digitalne suverenosti opravljanja nove IT-tehnologije smo izvedli projekt implementacije informacijskega sistema ODOS, pod vodstvom IT-oddelka Premogovnika Velenje d. o. o. in v sodelovanju s podjetjem PIA Informacijski sistemi in storitve d. o. o. Predstavljeni in navedeni so tudi organizacijski predpisi izpostavljenega procesa, v katerem je opisana uporaba dokumentnega sistema ODOS in program eDninska knjiga z osnovnim opisom storitvene dejavnosti elektronskega upravljanja delovnega časa in nadurnega delovnega časa, s katerim se ukvarja oddelek za SM oz. oddelek za stroškovno mesto. S skupnim sodelovanjem z zaposlenimi v administracijskem sektorju v podjetju Premogovnik Velenje d. o. o. smo si zastavili cilj, ki bo pomagal poenostaviti in izboljšati sam proces dela z uvedbo novih elektronskih sistemov ter kasneje omogočal učinkovitejše delovanje zaposlenih.

Title:Introduction of electronic recording of working time and overtime at premogovnik velenje d.o.o.
Abstract:The thesis is mainly based on a project in Premogovnike Velenje d. o. o. to improve and simplify the process of recording working time and overtime. As the company has an international presence, a legal document called the Digital Agenda 2020 has been defined for further understanding. Based on the proposals presented in the European Digital Agenda 2020, the company has taken a strategic decision and plan to introduce a new electronic time and overtime recording system. In order to strengthen the digital sovereignty of the new IT technology, we carried out a project for the implementation of the ODOS information system, under the leadership of the IT department of Premogovnik Velenje d. o. o. and in cooperation with the company PIA Information Systems and Services d.o.o. The organisational rules of the highlighted process are also presented and referred to, describing the use of the eDninska knjiga and the ODOS document system, with a basic description of the electronic time and overtime management service activity handled by the SM or cost centre departments respectively. Working together with the employees in the administration sector at Premogovnik Velenje d. o. o., we have set ourselves the goal of simplifying and improving the work process by introducing new electronic systems and subsequently enabling employees to work more efficiently.
