Abstract:V magistrskem delu je opisana obnova industrijske stiskalnice. Gre za obstoječi sistem, ki je potreben celotne nadgradnje. Izdelan je bil nov elektro načrt z ustreznimi komponentami, ki je ob enem zagotavljal ustrezno varnost. Stiskalnica je namreč po standardih objekt, kateremu se nameni najvišjo stopnjo varnosti in je potrebno preprečiti nenamerni stik stroja v obratovanju. Sledila je izdelava elektro omare s krmiljem, katero se je montiralo na samo stiskalnico. Za avtomatizirano vodenje se je izdelalo nov program za krmilnik. Prav tako je vključen nadzorni sistem in tehnično poročilo za celostni pregled obratovanja stroja.

Title:Mulch press upgrade
Abstract:This thesis describes an industrial press restoration. It is an existing system that needs a complete upgrade. We made a new electrical plan with the appropriate components, and at the same time it was mandatory to ensure adequate safety. According to standards, the press is such an object, that requires maximum safety. It is necessary to prevent accidental contact of the machine during operation. Upon electrical plan we assembled an electrical cabinet with controls, which is mounted on the press itself. In the end, a program was created in a programmable logic controller, which enables control and automatic operation of the press. Furthermore, a supervisory system for operator with a technical report generation is included.
