Title:Obnova turistično-rekreativnih poti in športnega parka Janina v zdravilišču Rogaška Slatina : magistrsko delo

Abstract:Po osamosvojitvi leta 1991 je razvoj zdravilišča v Rogaški Slatini močno zamrl, s tem pa se je začela degradacija območij, ki niso bila neposredno povezana z zdraviliškim jedrom vendar tvorijo njegovo mejo in predstavljajo dostopna območja do zdraviliškega jedra. Magistrsko delo obravnava problematiko povezave zdraviliškega jedra v Rogaški Slatini z okoliškimi gozdnimi območji, ki so prepredena s turističnimi in rekreativnimi potmi in z vzpostavitvijo klubskih prostorov v športnem parku Janina, izjemno kvalitetnem, a neizkoriščenem prostoru v neposredni bližini zdraviliškega jedra, kjer se danes nahaja samo smučišče. Na podlagi prostorskih in tehničnih analiz je izdelana idejna zasnova revitalizacije ključnih območij, ki predstavljajo pomembna že obstoječa, a degradirana vozlišča preko katerih je mogoče zagotoviti kvalitetno širitev in nadgraditev zdraviliške, športne in turistične ponudbe tako domačinom kot gostom zdravilišča. Pri urejanju so uporabljeni osnovni prostorski posegi in elementi, arhitekturni jezik pa je enovit in zadržan ter prilagojen obstoječi raščeni ali grajeni krajini.

Title:Renovation of forest routes and Janina sport park around health resort Rogaška Slatina
Abstract:After gaining independence in 1991, the development of the health resort in Rogaška Slatina came to a standstill, and this started the degradation of the areas that were not directly connected to the health center, but formed its border and represented accessible areas to the health center. The master's thesis deals with the issue of connecting the spa core in Rogaška Slatina with the surrounding forest areas, which are interspersed with tourist and recreational trails and with the establishment of club facilities in the Janina sports park, an extremely high-quality but unused area in the immediate vicinity of the spa core, where today only a ski slope is located. On the basis of spatial and technical analyses, a conceptual design of the revitalization of key areas has been developed, which represent important already existing, but degraded nodes, through which it is possible to ensure the quality expansion and upgrading of the spa, sports and tourist offer for both locals and guests of the spa. Basic spatial interventions and elements are used, the architectural language is uniform and restrained and adapted to the existing cultivated or built landscape.
