Abstract:Tolerance v gradbeništvu so dovoljena odstopanja pri izvedbi gradbenih, obrtniških in inštalacijskih del, to pomeni, da so izvedena dela narejena v mejah dovoljenih odstopanj. V magistrski nalogi so preučene tolerance v gradbeništvu, ki so določene v različnih mednarodnih standardih, z natančnejšim osredotočenjem na nemški standard DIN18202. Na realnem projektu gradnje objekta SG so predstavljeni primeri odstopanj pri izvedbi gradbenih in obrtniških del. Za nastala odstopanja sta podana tehnični ter ekonomski vidik, in sicer za dela, ki so bila izvedena znotraj toleranc. Pri tem ekonomski vidik vključuje določitev stroškov za nastala odstopanja kot razliko med predračunsko in končno vrednostjo za izvedbo gradbenih in obrtniški del.

Title:Deviations of construction and craft works according to construction tolerances
Abstract:Tolerances in the construction industry are permitted deviations in the execution of construction, craft and installation works, the performed works are done within the limits of permitted deviations. In the master's thesis, we will study tolerances in the construction industry, which are specified in various international standards, focusing more specifically on the German standard DIN 18202. Examples of deviations in the execution of construction and craft work will be presented on the project of the construction of the SG facility. Technical and economic aspect are given for the resulting deviations, namely for the work, the was carried out within the tolerances. Here, the economic aspect includes the determination of costs for the resulting deviations as the difference between the estimated and final value for construction and craft work.
