Abstract:Avtomatizacija proizvodnih procesov je dandanes ključnega pomena za obstoj in konkurenčnost podjetij. V diplomski nalogi je opisan proces avtomatizacije podjetja Orodjarstvo Gorjak, in sicer opisujemo postopek hitrega vpenjanja sestavnih delov orodja, programiranje v programskem paketu Mastercam, predstavljen je postopek transporta sestavnih delov s pomočjo avtomatsko vodenih vozil ter opisan nadzor in upravljanje proizvodnje z RISP-SQL proizvodnim informacijskim sistemom. S pomočjo avtomatizacije smo povečali produktivnost in izboljšali čas izdelave orodja. V nalogi je največji poudarek na programiranju in vpenjanju obdelovancev na obdelovalni center. Postopek transporta z avtomatsko vodenimi vozili je predstavljen kot ideja za izboljšanje trenutne avtomatizacije v podjetju. Zaradi velikih nabavnih vrednosti avtomatsko vodenih vozil v realizacijo takšnega transporta sestavnih delov orodja zaenkrat ni bilo mogoče preiti. Cilj naloge je, prikazati avtomatizacijo procesa v maloserijski proizvodnji.

Title:Automation of the tool manufacturing process in the gorjak toolmaking company
Abstract:The automation of production processes is nowadays crucial for the existence and competitiveness of companies. The diploma thesis describes the automation process at the company Orodjarstvo Gorjak. We describe the process of quick clamping of tool components, programming in the Mastercam software package, the process of transporting components with the help of automatically guided vehicles is also presented, besides all, the control and management of production with RISP-SQL production information is described. With the help of automation, we increased productivity and improved tool manufacturing time. In the paper, the greatest emphasis is placed on programming and clamping the workpieces to the machining center. The process of transportation with automated guided vehicles is presented as an idea for improving the current automation in the company. Due to the large purchase values of the automatically driven vehicles, it was not possible to realize the implementation of this type of transport of tool components. The main goal of the diploma is to demonstrate the process automation in small batch productions.
