Title:Medvrstniško nasilje v kibernetskem prostoru in odzivanje nanj v Sloveniji : diplomsko delo visokošolskega študijskega programa Informacijska varnost

Abstract:Nasilje je pojav, ki je med ljudmi prisoten že od samega začetka našega obstoja. Socialna omrežja na spletu so trenutno zelo priljubljena, še toliko bolj med mladostniki in njihovimi vrstniki. To je spremenilo nasilje, ustvarile so se priložnosti za zakrivanje identitete pri izvajanju ustrahovanja, ki je daleč od skritega. Rdeča nit diplomskega dela teče okoli nasilja v kibernetskem prostoru. V teoretičnih izhodiščih opisuje nasilje na splošno, razloži njegov začetek, prikaže glavne akterje in predstavi soočanje z nasiljem med vrstniki. Nato sledi samo bistvo, ki sloni okoli celotnega dogajanja v kibernetskem prostoru. Tu so opisani kibernetski prostor in vrste nasilja, ki se odvijajo v njem. Primerjana sta tudi oba prostora in opisani so načini prepoznave nasilja. Cilj diplomskega dela je opredeliti značilnosti in oblike medvrstniškega nasilja v kibernetskem prostoru, ugotoviti razloge, kdo in kako se ukvarja s problematiko ter identificirati načine zajezitve. Za zaključek pa so kontaktirane pristojne organizacije v Sloveniji. Od štirih organizacij, Tom Telefon, SOS telefon, Safe.si in #tosemjaz, je bil prejet odziv le Safe.si in portala #tosemjaz. Z njima je bil opravljen intervju. Ugotovitve intervjuja so, da ne ena ne druga organizacija nima neposrednega stika z medvrstniškim nasiljem v kibernetskem prostoru. Z njim se soočajo le v mejah svojih zmožnosti, ostale primere posredujejo drugim pristojnim organizacijam. V zaključku diplomskega dela je strnjena vsebina teoretičnih dognanj in vsebina empiričnega dela, odgovorjena so zastavljena raziskovana vprašanja in povzete ugotovitve iz ciljev, ki so bili zadani v začetku.

Title:Violence among peers in cyberspace and response to it in Slovenia
Abstract:Violence, as a phenomenon, has been present among humans since the origins of our existence. Social networks on the Internet, which are currently very popular, even more so among adolescents and their peers, have changed violence; opportunities have been created to conceal identity when carrying out bullying, which is far from hidden. The red thread of the thesis focuses on violence in the cyberspace. In the theoretical sections, it describes violence in general, explains its origins, shows the main actors, and presents the confrontation with violence between peers. Then follows the essence itself, which rests around the entire happenings in cyberspace. Cyberspace and the types of violence that take place in it are described here. The two spaces are also compared and ways of recognizing violence are described. The aim of the thesis is to define the characteristics and forms of peer-to-peer violence in cyberspace and the reasons, who deals with the problem and how, and identify ways of curbing it. Finally, competent organizations in Slovenia are contacted. Of the four organizations (Tom Telefon, SOS Telefon, Safe.si, and #tosemjaz), only Safe.si and the #tosemjaz portal provided a response. An interview was conducted with them. The findings of the interview are that neither organization has direct contact with peer violence in the cyberspace. They deal with it only within the limits of their capabilities; more complex cases are forwarded to other competent organizations. In the conclusion of the diploma work, the content of the theoretical findings and the content of the empirical work are summarized, the research questions asked, and conclusions from the original goals are made.
